DECLARATION
of 21 February 2008
amending Decree No 207 / 1995 Coll., laying down the degrees of disability and the manner in which they are assessed for the purposes of State social aid benefits, as amended by Decree No 156 / 1997 Coll.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 9 (3) of Act No. 117 / 1995 Coll., on State Social Support:
The Annex to Decree No 207 / 1995 Coll., establishing the degrees of disability and the manner in which they are assessed for the purposes of State social aid benefits, as amended by Decree No 156 / 1997 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Chapter VII (C), under 3 (a), the word "adults' is replaced by" persons over 18 years of age 'and the number "10' is replaced by" 25 '.
2. In Chapter VII (C), under heading 3 (b), the words "children until completion of compulsory education 'are replaced by the words" persons under 18 years of age' and the numbers "40 - 55 'are replaced by the words" 55'.
3. in Chapter VII, Section C, entry 3 (c), the words "malabsorption in adults, 'are deleted and the numbers" 30-40' are replaced by the words "60 ';
4. In Chapter VII (C), under 3 (d), the heading "60 'is replaced by" 70'.
5. in Chapter VII, Section D, under item 1 (b), the numbers "20 - 40 'are replaced by" 50';
6. In Chapter VII (D) (1) (c), "50 - 60 'is replaced by" 60'.
7. in Chapter XI, under heading 1 (c), the words "leaving compulsory education 'are replaced by the words" 18 years of age';
8. in Chapter XI, under heading 5 (a), the word "adults' is replaced by" persons over 18 years of age ';
9. In Chapter XI, under heading 5 (b), the word "children 'is replaced by the words" persons under 18 years of age,', the words "until the end of compulsory education 'are deleted and the numbers" 40 - 50' are replaced by the word "55 '.
10. in Chapter XI, in entry 13 (a), "10 'is replaced by" 20';
11. in Chapter XI, the following point (b) is inserted after point (a) of entry 13, which includes the definition of the degree of disability in%:
"(b) conditions with functional restrictions requiring compliance with dietary and regime measures in persons under the age of 18 50."
Points (b) and (c) shall be renumbered (c) and (d).
12. in Chapter XI, entry 13 (c), "30 'is replaced by" 60';
13. in Chapter XI, in entry 13 (d), "50 'is replaced by" 70';
This Decree takes effect on 1 March 2008.
