THE LAW
of 29 January 2002
amending Act No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on Infringements, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Road Traffic Act
Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No. 60 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 67, the following sentence is added at the end of paragraph 4: "The removal of a vehicle which is illegally parked in a parking lot reserved for a vehicle marked O 1 shall be decided by a policeman; the vehicle is removed to the cargo of its operator. ';
2. In Article 124 (6), the following shall be added at the end of point (i): "or vehicles which are illegally parked in a parking lot reserved for a vehicle marked O 1, '.
PERFORMANCE TO DECLARATION OF THE COMPLETE VERSION OF THE LAW
The Prime Minister is hereby authorised to declare in the Collection of Laws the full text of Act No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on Infringements, as is apparent from later Laws.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on 1 April 2002.
