of 6 March 1997
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 359 / 1992 Coll., on Geographical and Catastral Bodies, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 359 / 1992 Coll., on Geometric and Catastral Bodies, as amended by Act No. 107 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 200 / 1994 Coll., is amended as follows:
Article 1 (2) (4) reads as follows:
"(4) The headquarters and territorial responsibilities of the inspectors are set out in Annex 1 to this Law. The seat and territorial competence of the cadastral offices are set out in Annex 2 to this Act. ';
2. Annex 1 shall read as follows:

Headquarters and territorial scope of inspectors
The Land and cadastral inspector in Brno, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities in the districts of Blansko, Brno- town, Brno, Breclav, Hodonin, Jihlava, Kromeriz, Prostějov, Třebič, Hungarian Hradiště, Vyškov, Zlín, Znojmo and Žďár nad Sazavou.
The surveying and cadastral inspector in České Budějovice, who exercises responsibility for the territorial districts of the municipalities in the districts of České Budějovice, Český Krumlov, Jindřich Hradec, Pelhřimov, Písek, Prachatice, Strakonice and Tabor.
The Land and cadastral inspector in Liberec, which is responsible for the territorial districts of the municipalities in the districts of Česká Lípa, Decín, Chomutov, Jablonec nad Nisou, Liberec, Litoměřice, Louny, Teplice, Ústí nad Labem and Most.
Geographical and cadastral inspectors in Opava, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities in the counties of Bruntál, Frýdek-Místek, Jeseník, Karviná, Nové Jičín, Olomouc, Opava, Ostrava-town, Přerov, Šumperk and Vsetín.
The Regional and Catastrophe Inspectorate in Pardubice, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities of Havlíčkova Brod, Hradec Králové, Chrudim, Jičín, Náhod, Pardubice, Rydnov nad Knežně, Semily, Svitavy, Trutnov and Ústí nad Orlicí.
The Land and cadastral inspector in Pilsen, which is responsible for the territorial districts of the municipalities in the districts of Domazlice, Cheb, Karlovy Vary, Pilsen-town, Pilsen-South, Pilsen-North, Rokycany, Sokolov, Tachov and Klatovy.
The surveyor and cadastral inspector in Prague, which is responsible for the territorial districts of the urban areas of the capital of Prague and the municipalities of Benesov, Beroun, Kladno, Kutna Hora, Mělník, Mladá Běslav, Nymburk, Praha- East, Praha- West, Příbram and Rakovnice. '
3. Annex 2 shall read as follows:

Seats and territorial responsibilities of the cadastral offices
The Catastral Office in Benešov, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities of Benešov.
The Catastral Office in Beroun, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities in the Beroun district.
The Catastral Office in Blansko, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities of Blansko.
The Brno-City Catastral Office, located in Brno, which exercises jurisdiction over the district district of Brno-town.
The Brno-Rural Authority, which has its registered office in Brno, is responsible for the territorial districts of the municipalities in the Brno-Rural District.
The Catastral Office in Bruntál, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities of Bruntál.
The Catastral Office in Breclav, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities of Breclav.
The Catastral Office in České Lípa, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities in Česká Lípa.
Catastral office in Český Krumlov, which is responsible for the territorial districts of the municipalities in Český Krumlov district.
Catastral office in České Budějovice, which exercises jurisdiction for the territorial districts of the municipalities in the district of České Budějovice.
The Catastral Office in Děčín, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities in the Děčín district.
The Catastral Office in Domažlice, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities of Domažlice.
The Catastral Office in Frýdku-Mistek, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities of Frýdek-Místek.
The Catastral Office in Havlickov Broda, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities of Havlickov Brod.
The Catastral Office in Hodonín, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities of Hodonin.
The Catastral Office in Hradec Kralove, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities in the Hradec Kralove district.

The Catastral Office of Prague - a city based in Prague, which is responsible for the territorial districts of the urban parts of the capital of Prague.
The Catastral Office of Prague-East, based in Prague, is responsible for the territorial districts of the municipalities in Prague-East.
The Catastral Office of Praha- west, based in Prague, is responsible for the territorial districts of the municipalities in the Praha- west district.
The Catastral Office in Prachatice, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities in the district of Prachatice.
The Catastral Office in Prostejov, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities in the district of Prostějov.
The Catastral Office in Přerov, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities in the Přerov district.
The Catastral Office in Příbrami, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities in the Příbram district.

The Catastral Office in Žďar nad Sazavou, which exercises jurisdiction over the territorial districts of the municipalities in the Ždár nad Sazavou district. '
Proceedings initiated before the date of entry into force of this Act by the Catastral Office in Šumperk and the Catastral Office in Bruntal in relation to the territory of the Jeseník district shall be completed by the cadastral authorities which initiated these proceedings.
Order No. 78 / 1993 Coll., laying down the seat and territorial competence of the surveying and cadastral inspectors and cadastral offices, is hereby repealed.
This Act shall take effect on 1 May 1997.
