DECLARATION
Ministry of Industry and Trade
of 22 March 1995
repealing certain external trade legislation
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to Sections 54 and 56 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll. and Act No. 113 / 1990 Coll., in agreement with the Ministry of Finance:
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 41 / 1985 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Coll., on non-commercial exports and imports of goods, as amended by Regulations No. 179 / 1988 Coll., No. 118 / 1989 Coll., No. 4 / 1990 Coll., No. 52 / 1990 Coll., No. 225 / 1990 Coll., No. 423 / 1990 Coll., No. 534 / 1990 Coll. and No. 398 / 1991 Coll.;
2. Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No. 28 / 1991 Coll., on Trade in Entities from South Africa.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
