Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic

on the binding nature of the repairs and amendments to the Czechoslovak Pharmacopoeia - fourth edition in the Czech Socialist Republic
The Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic provides in agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Socialist Republic pursuant to § 70 paragraph 1 (c) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people:
This decree provides for the obligation for the territory of the Czech Socialist Republic to repair and amend the Czechoslovak Pharmacopoeia - fourth edition ("Corrections and amendments') .1)
Corrections and changes form an integral part of the Czechoslovak Pharmacopoeia - fourth edition .2)
Repairs and changes are stored on regional, district and urban national committees, national health institutes and other organisations for which Czechoslovak Pharmacopoeia - fourth edition is binding .3)
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1990.

1) Repairs and changes are jointly issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Slovak Socialist Republic in Avicen, Health Publishing.
