Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade

declaring a change to the Order of the Arbitration Court of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides pursuant to § 48 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade, acting on a proposal from the Bureau of the Arbitration Court of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, announces the amendment to the Order of the Arbitration Court of the Arbitration Court of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade No. 104 / 1981 Coll., which is the Order of the Arbitration Court of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The text of the amendment is published in the Annex to this Decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1982.

The rules on the costs of arbitration, Sazebnik A, are amended as follows:

The rules on costs of arbitration, Graphic B, are amended as follows:

Paragraph 3 (5) The rules on costs of arbitration are as follows:
"5. The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 4 shall also apply to the minimum fee. However, the amount of the fee may not be less than 50 Rbl (tariff rate A) or 400 Kč (tariff rate B). '
