The Czech Labour Safety Authority provides in agreement with the competent authorities and organisations pursuant to § 5 (1) (d) of Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., on State Professional Safety Supervision:
Decree No. 88 / 1980 Coll., on Safety of Work and Technical Equipment in the Operation of Road Vehicles, is added as follows:
The following Section 29a is inserted after Section 29:
Exemptions from the provisions of Sections 2 and 3 of this Decree may be authorised by the Czech Labour Safety Authority at the request of the competent central authority, the organisation for which the exemption is requested, supported by the positive opinion of the competent authority of the Revolutionary Trade Union Movement or, where appropriate, by the competent authority of the Association of Cooperative Farmers of the Czech Socialist Republic or the Czech Union of Production Cooperatives. "
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
