on the correction of print errors
1. in the Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Socialist Republic No. 46 / 1969 Coll., on certain measures on the section of turnover tax and payroll tax,
2. in the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 17 / 1969 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree No. 30 / 1966 Coll., on the sale of certain agricultural products to workers of state goods and other organisations with agricultural production
1. In Article 2 (2) of Decree No. 46 / 1969 in the Czech edition Coll. one line fell out. Paragraph 2 is correct: "The decisive factor for the assessment of the activity prevailing in a particular case is the amount of remuneration paid in the relevant wage period to persons permanently on the cooperative and members for the activity in basic agricultural production and for the activity in non-agricultural production for foreign customers. '
2. In the introductory sentence of Decree No. 17 / 1969 Coll., there was an error which is corrected by the fact that instead of the wording "Section 35 of the Decree of the State Labour Commission No. 91 / 1965 Coll. '," Section 30 of the Decree of the State Commission on Finance, Prices and Wages No. 101 / 1966 Coll.'.
