Constitutional Law
of 17 October 1958
on the definitive establishment of national borders with the People's Republic of Poland
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following constitutional law:
§ 1
The National Assembly agrees with the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Republic and the People's Republic of Poland on the definitive establishment of national borders, signed in Warsaw on 13 June 1958.
§ 2
Changes to the national borders shall take effect on the date of the exchange of the instruments of ratification of the Treaty referred to in Section 1.
§ 3
This constitutional law shall take effect from the date of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for the Interior and the Minister for Foreign Affairs in agreement with the Ministers involved.
