on the issue of certificates of natural medical resources and of natural mineral waters and the revocation of certificates of natural medical resources and of natural mineral waters
The Ministry of Health pursuant to § 5 (8) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Places and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act), states that
1. pursuant to § 5 (1) of the Spa Act, it issued a certificate that:
(a) the following source of mineral water is a natural source of medicine:
| pramen | Le 7 | k. ú. Charvátská Nová Ves, kraj Jihomoravský, |
(b) the source of natural mineral water is the following sources of mineral water:
| pramen | HV 63 | k. ú. Doupov u Hradiště, kraj Karlovarský |
| HV 64 | k. ú. Doupov u Hradiště, kraj Karlovarský | |
| HV 31 | k. ú. Bražec u Hradiště, kraj Karlovarský, |
2. pursuant to Article 5 (6) of the Spa Act, the decision to revoke the certificate of
(a) natural medical resources for the following sources:

| HJ 5 | kraj Karlovarský. |
