GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 December 2006
on the definition of categories of municipalities for the service of professional soldiers and coefficients for calculating housing allowance
The Government mandates pursuant to § 61 (9) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll.:
For the calculation of the housing allowance, the following categories of municipalities shall be established for the service of an occupational soldier:
a) I. category - capital Prague,
(b) Category II - other municipalities.
The following coefficients for the calculation of the housing allowance are hereby established:
(a) 1,27 times the minimum wage (1) for the municipality of Category I;
(b) 1,26 times the minimum wage for category II municipality.
Government Decree No 549 / 2005 Coll., on determining the categories of municipalities serving professional soldiers and coefficients for calculating the housing allowance, is repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.
