GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 March 2022
amending Government Regulation No 432 / 2010 Coll., on criteria for determining the critical infrastructure element, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 40 (1) of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on Crisis Management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 430 / 2010 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement § 4 (1) (d) of the Act:
Government Regulation No 432 / 2010 Coll., on criteria for determining the critical infrastructure element, as amended by Government Regulation No 315 / 2014 Coll. and Government Regulation No 154 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In point VIII. of the Annex, Part A reads:
"A. Integrated Rescue System
(a) National Operational and Information Centre of the General Directorate of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic,
(b) Regional Operational and Information Centre of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Region,
(c) the Regional Department and Station of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic,
d) Operational Centre of the Police Department of the Czech Republic,
(e) an operational centre for medical emergency services;
(f) central and regional mountain services4). "
2. In point VIII. of the Annex, the following Part D. is added, including footnote 6:
"D. Internal Security
(a) the Regional Department of the Regional Directorate of the Police of the Czech Republic and the department established within the Regional Directorate of the Police of the Czech Republic (6),
b) Pyrotechnical Service Police of the Czech Republic,
c) Criminal Institute of the Police of the Czech Republic,
d) National Center against Organised Crime, Criminal Police Service and Investigation of the Police of the Czech Republic,
(e) Directorate for International Police Cooperation of the Czech Police Presidium.
6) § 6 (1) (d) of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic. "
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
