DECLARATION
of 31 March 2015
determining the amount of compensation for professional activities by the State Institute for Drug Control under the Law on Medical Devices
According to Article 96 (2) of Act No. 268 / 2014 Coll., on Medical Devices and amending Act No. 634 / 2004 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended, for the implementation of § 94 (3) of this Act:
Subject matter
Amount of reimbursement of expenditure for carrying out professional tasks The State Institute for Drug Control pursuant to § 94 (1) of the Law on Medical Devices and Compensation for the Acts of the State Institute for Drug Control pursuant to § 94 (2) of the Law on Medical Devices is set out in the Sazemark for Reimbursement of Expenditure on Professional Acts and Acts by the State Institute for Drug Control under the Law on Medical Devices, which is annexed to this Decree.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
