DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Transport
of 30 April 1982
on designated technical installations
The Federal Ministry of Transport provides in agreement with the Czech Labour Safety Authority and the Slovak Labour Safety Authority pursuant to § 20 paragraph 2 of Act No. 51 / 1964 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 104 / 1974 Coll.:
In addition to cableway installations, the following technical equipment shall be subject to national technical supervision on railways:
(a) pressure equipment
1. steam boiler locomotive,
2. pressure vessels for accumulation of steam locomotives,
3. Pressure vessels of groove vehicles, 1)
4. containers of pressurised railway wagons;
5. containers of railway wagons for transporting compressed liquefied and under pressure of dissolved gases, dangerous substances, etc.
6. steam and hot water boilers, pressure vessels stable, gas cylinders;
(b) gas equipment;
(c) heavy current electrical equipment and lightning conductors
1. electricity distribution and protection of electrical circuits,
2. traction line,
3. testing rooms for electrical fittings;
4. electrical transmission of traction vehicles,
5. electrical equipment on railway vehicles,
6. electrical equipment forming part of railway safety, communication, fire, signalling, information and other equipment,
7. transformers, converters, power stations, power stations, power supply stations, generators and spare power sources, appliances (motors, capacitors, etc.);
(d) lifting appliances
1. railway, rail and other cranes;
2. lifts,
3. special hoists (stand-up hoists, shafts, moving steps, translators and loaders, container hoists, moving working platforms with lift, lifting platforms, rail vehicles for raising cars, etc.).
The state technical supervision of the railways is carried out pursuant to § 20 (3) of Act No. 51 / 1964 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 104 / 1974 Coll., namely:
1. in the circuit of the railway for all operators and users who have in this circuit equipment over which state technical supervision is exercised and which serves the operation of the runways;
2. outside the railway circuit when operating for organisations managed by the Federal Ministry of Transport and for the operators of lifts, urban tracks and special destinations for technical installations which are part of railway structures;
3. in the case of manufacturers when designing and manufacturing technical equipment, where they are designed, manufactured and intended only for the use of runways.
Paragraph 1 and 2 of the Directive for the exercise of state technical supervision on railways, registered in the amount of 40 Collection of Acts of 1965, as amended by Decree No. 11 / 1979 Coll.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1982.
