on the honorary badge "For the Protection of the Borders of the CSSR"
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders in accordance with § 9 paragraph 4 of Act No. 62 / 1962 Coll., on the Lease of Honours:
(1) The recognition of the merits of members of the National Security Corps, soldiers, members of the Public Security Auxiliary Guard, helpers of the Border Guard and other citizens for the protection of the border of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic by the award of an honorary badge "For the protection of the borders of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic."
(2) The honour badge "For the protection of the borders of CSSR" has three degrees.
(1) The honour badge "For the protection of the borders of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic" is awarded for significant merit in the management and construction of the institutions and departments under whose jurisdiction the protection of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic's borders or for exceptional achievements in the organisation and management of the service or for exceptional merit of direct performance in the protection of the borders of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
(2) The honour badge "For the protection of the borders of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic" II.
(3) The honorary badge "For the Protection of the Borders of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic" III.
(1) The Honorary Badge for the Protection of the Borders of the CSSR is awarded to border guards and border guards by the Minister of Interior of the CSSR and to members of the National Security Corps, to members of the Public Security Assistance Guard and to other citizens by the Minister of Interior of the CSSR and the Minister of Interior of the CSSR.
(2) At the same time as the Honorary Badge "For the Protection of the Borders of the CSSR," proof of its award is submitted.
(1) The Minister of Interior of the CSSR provides details of the award of the honorary badge "For the Protection of the Borders of the CSSR."
(2) The Federal Ministry of the Interior manages the matters of the honorary badge "For the Protection of the Borders of the CSSR."
The Government Order No 89 / 1966 Coll., on the granting of the Honorary Badge "For the Protection of the Borders of the CSSR 'is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
