DECLARATION
Minister of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic

fixing the flat-rate amount of the costs of criminal proceedings
The Minister of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic provides, pursuant to § 152 (3) and § 153 (1) of Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on criminal proceedings, judicial (criminal order);
The flat-rate amount of the costs of criminal proceedings borne by the State referred to in Articles 152 (1) (c) and 153 (1) of the Criminal Code shall be:
(a) in the proceedings before a single judge, 300 Ccs, and if an expert has been brought, 500 Ccs,
(b) in proceedings before a Chamber of 600 Cds, and if an expert has been recruited, 1 000 Ccs.
(1) Decree of the Minister of Justice No 51 / 1965 Coll., determining the lump sum of the costs of the criminal proceedings, is hereby repealed. *)
(2) Paragraph 1 does not apply to the costs of proceedings in cases which have been final before 30 June 1970.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1970.
