THE LAW
of 18 June 1965
supplementing the rules on the organisation of the State Mining Administration
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
The Government Order No 20 / 1954 Coll. on the organisation of the State Mining Administration, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 124 / 1960 Coll., is supplemented by the following § 6a:
In addition to the tasks set out in Act No. 41 / 1957 Coll. (upper law) and in other regulations it is for the Central Mining Office:
(a) to lay down, in cooperation and in agreement with the central authorities involved and in agreement with the Central Council of Trade Unions, general provisions on explosives, including provisions on the production and processing of explosives issued by the competent central authorities governing their production;
(b) ensure coordination of more detailed safety technical regulations on the use of explosives issued by individual central authorities in their field of competence under the general rules on explosives;
(c) determine which explosives and equipment needed for their use may be used in the shredding works and under what conditions. "

(a) Government Decree No. 1 / 1952 Coll., on flammable substances and explosives,
(b) Ordinance of the Ministry of the Interior No 305 / 1952 Ú. l. (No 357 / 52 Ú. v. and No 364 / 52 Ú. v.) on explosives,
(c) Decree of the Ministry of National Security No 200 / 1953 Ú. l. (No. 238 / 1953 Ú. v.), which issues more detailed directives for the transport, collection and use of explosives,
(d) the Ministry of Construction Directive No 3 / 1958 Ú. l., on shredding works at construction sites, construction sites and quarries;
(e) Directive No 4 / 1958 of the Ministry of Construction Ú. l., for the authorisation and implementation of chamber blasting.
This Act shall take effect on 1 August 1965.
