amending the seat of the People's Court in New Town over Metuji
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 14 No. 1 of Act No. 66 / 1952 Coll., on the organisation of courts:
The seat of the People's Court of the District of the National Committee in Dobruška is transferred from Nová Mesta nad Metuje to Dobruška.
Paragraph 1 (1) (c) of the Decree of the Minister of Justice No 22 / 1954 Coll., laying down the registered offices and districts of the People's Courts and the registered offices and districts of the Regional Courts, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall apply from 1 September 1959.
