The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the agreement of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations to the organisation of public administration:
The scope of the State Wood Inspection, provided for by the statutory measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 22 / 1955 Coll., on the State Wood Inspection, is extended to control the management of packaging from non-wood materials.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister of State Control.
