adapting certain conditions in the field of construction renewal in Slovakia.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The proceedings and the resolutions issued between 9 May 1946 and the beginning of the application of this Act in respect of the compulsory treatment of land for construction purposes and the organisation of legal conditions related thereto pursuant to Sections 15 to 18 of the Ordinance of 22 October 1945 of the Board of Authors, No. 128 of the SNR, on the construction of towns and municipalities in Slovakia, are viewed as if it had been carried out, after the case, pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of the Act of 12 April 1946, No. 86 Coll., on construction renewal.
(1) In the proceedings initiated pursuant to § § 15 to 18 of Regulation No. 128 / 1945 Coll. SNR and not yet completed, the decision to issue pursuant to those provisions with effect pursuant to § 1 only if the court has already carried out an investigation on the spot before the application of this law (§ 16 of Regulation No. 128 / 1945 Coll. SNR).
(2) The provisions of paragraph 1 do not apply if the court resigns before the application of this law to the Civil Service Office and if the District Commission has already carried out a local examination (§ 7, paragraphs 2 and 3 of Act No. 86 / 1946 Coll.).
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Ministers of Justice, Technology, Social Welfare, Finance and Interior in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
