GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 October 2004
defining the Deep Area of Birds
The Government orders pursuant to § 45e paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
Subject matter
(1) The birds' area of the Deep Area (hereinafter referred to as the "birds' area") is defined.
(2) The birds' area is protected by the population of dirakapoude (Dendrocopos medius) and white lees (Figula albicollis) and their biotopes.
(3) The conservation of the species referred to in paragraph 2 is intended to preserve and restore ecosystems relevant to the species of those birds in their natural area of enlargement and to ensure conditions for the conservation of the populations of those species in a favourable conservation situation.
Definition of bird area
(1) The bird area is situated in the territory of the South Bohemian Region in the cadastral territories of Dobříjovice near Hosína, Hluká nad Vltavou, Ponešice and Vlkov near Drahotýšice.
(2) The territorial demarcation and description of the border of the bird area are set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation; the indicative graphical representation of the bird area is given in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
(3) The 1: 25 000 map documents, in which the territory of the bird region is drawn, are stored in the central list of nature protection1) and in electronic form at the Ministry of the Environment, the Regional Office of the South Bohemian Region and the municipal authorities of the municipalities with extended scope in whose administrative district the bird area is located.
Activities to which the consent of the nature protection authority is required
(1) Only with the prior agreement of the competent authority of nature protection (2) may the territory of the municipalities be located in the birds' area outside the concurrently built and stoppable (3),
(a) carry out an air application of biocides;
(b) change the type of land and the means of usingit (4);
(c) to carry out toll and pre-toll mining in forest areas over 80 years of age with a 50% or more beech or oak presence between 16 April and 31 July.
(2) The prior consent of the competent nature conservation authority shall not be required for the activities referred to in paragraph 1 (c) where such mining has been notified at least 15 days in advance to the competent nature conservation authority.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Territorial demarcation and description of the border of the Deep Area
From a place called the Red Cross in the north-western part of the demarcated area, the border goes east along the fence of the field (south of route III. 3. Cca 1500 m in front of the village Purkarec dodges in a southeast direction along the fence of the field. It passes through three smaller left-hand tributaries of the Vltava. East of the hill Vrkůč (cubit 535 m) passes to the nameless water tower. After the watercourse, it continues to the east until its mouth into the water tank of Hnivkovice on its west bank. The border continues south along the west bank of the tank. After 600 metres, the border passes perpendicular to the right bank of the Vltava River, where it follows the right-hand, nameless inflow, which follows up to the 421m cubicle, where it overloads the road *) and continues north on the border of the branch parallel to the road direction Ponešice. Cca after 600 m is diverted from the road and leads still when fencing the disciplines northeast along the edge of the forest and through the bridge above the watercourse. From there it continues along the fenced hunting grounds and passes to the edge of the forest where it follows the fencing of the field. Along the fence, it continues in the southeast direction and intersects four left-hand tributaries of Kozlovský creek south of Vlkov. The border of the bird region passes through the Kozlovský stream and continues along the fence of the field to the northeast, after 900 m turns east and around 600m south still along the fence of the field. The border continues along the forest road * *) along the fencing of the field east of Baba hill (cubit 570 m) to the edge of the forest, northwest of Vitín village. It also goes west along the fence of the field and then south-west through the water tower Libochovka, its left-hand tributary and along the fence of the field north-west and west along a reinforced path when fencing the field. About 200 m west of Pod Vysokou (cubicle 422 m) passes on the road III. 3. zámostí - Ponešice and follows it about 300 m up to the bridge through Dobřejovická potok, where the border passes to the river bed and after its centre heads to the exit into the valley of the Hnivkovice. The border of the bird's area continues along the east bank of the tank (the border of the Dobřejovice near Hosín) to the northwest and after about 600 metres passes perpendicular to the west bank of the tank on the outcome of the watercourse flowing from Zlatěšovice pond, where it is again connected to the fence of the discipline. Along the fence passes through the grove U Janecky, and under the discharge of the Old Pond continues along the fence of the field (parallel to road No II / 105). Cca 60 m behind the hunting U Cába goes further north when fencing the field up to the Chlumec-Purkarec road, where it follows the starting point of the hunting house Red Cross.
Explanatory notes:
*) If the text states that the border of the bird's area leads on the road, it is stated that it leads on the edge of the road auxiliary parcel, and that it leads on the edge of the bird's area.
* *) If the text of the Annex indicates that the border of the bird's area leads along the way, it is expressed that it leads along the edge of the road, namely the border facing inside the bird's area.
