Příloha č. 1
Annex No. 1 to Government Decree No. 604 / 2004 Coll.
Territorial demarcation and description of the border of the Birds' Region
In the north, the bird area on the road *) No II / 419 Čejč-Násedlovice begins, on the north edge of the vineyard about 200 m northeast of the cubicle Karlák (281,0 m above sea level). From there, it continues along this road to the south. After about 30 metres south of the cubicle Karlák goes to the field road * *) to the east, following it leads about 150 m southeast to the place where the road touches the border of the PR Cháranská meadow. It also leads along the north-west, north and east border of this PR until crossing with the field route south of the railway line Jezovitka near the cubit 256 m above sea level. Following this field road, it leads about 400 metres east-northeast. At the crossing point of the field roads, it passes to a field road leading southeast. Following this route, the border continues about 400 m to the south-southeast until the intersection of the field roads (west of the section behind the lobsters). From there the border continues along the field road about 750 m west-southwest (northwest of the line Pod vinohrady) to the intersection of the field roads north of cubicle 246. Then the border runs 100 m southeast along the road, 100 m east and then continues along the road to the south-southeast about 830 m to the village of Chárana. At the edge of the village between the fields and gardens it leads along the road about 560 m to the southwest and 400 m to the southeast. Here the border takes place a turn on road No II / 380 Mutenice- Čeč. From this turn, the road border is about 1550 south-east to the turn of the southwest field road. This direction goes about 250 m to the cross at the cubicle 208 m, from there 750 m still along the field road to the southwest and later to the west (northwest edge of the White Stone line) to the next intersection with the field road, 250 m to the south-southeast to the next crossroads. From there, along the edge of the field at the foot of the slope, about 600 m to the west (with two electrodes of 22 kV and 400 kV crossing the border), the border of the crops (no longer on the field road) and the field of 210 m to the southeast (the border crosses the two electrodes again), 180 m to the east-northeast (the third time crosses the two electrodes), and then about 2600 m to the southeast along the eastern edge of the forests, shrubberly sides and vineyards and the west edge of the field; the last 600 m then along the field road along the fenced vineyard. Then 510 m to the south still along the field road along the vineyard and 70 m to the east southeast (west of another, another track called Úlehle) until the border comes to the railway line No. 255 Mutenice- Čejč. Following the track leads first west and then northwest about 3200 m to the crossing point of this track with a deep cut of the nameless watercourse.
On its right (east) bank, the border leads 690 m against its current (i.e. roughly south). Here the border runs along the border between the cadastral territories of Čejkovice and Mutěnice 180 m to the south-east, then it takes the introduction of 30 m sharply to the south-west slope and is connected to the southeast and south border of the eastern part of PR Špidláky. Following its southern border, it leads to the west (north of the Kopec line) to the point of connection to a reinforced field trip leading to the south. Following this road, the border leads about 700 m to the south until the 3rd class road Mutenice- Čejkovice. Following this road the border leads towards the west (to the village Čejkovice) to the eastern edge of the built area of the village.
In contrast to the gate of the agricultural object, the border runs north and copies the border of the complex of vineyards on the route Odmečka near the beehive. The border is still 180 m to the north-west, 60 m to the south-west, 230 m to the north, 400 m to the east-east, north-east and north-east, then 520 m to the north-east along the south-east edge of the field, 50 m to the north, and 190 m to the north-east (east of the section Parts near Rasky). The border continues in about 1600 m approximately northwest direction still along the field road, along about 190 m along the west edge of the western part of the PR Špidláky, continues along the field road and leads north of the Šibenice Parts and southwest below the cubicle of the Counterfeit (246 m above) until it comes to road No II / 422 Čejkovice-Čejč. It crosses this road and leads from the cross still along the field road in roughly northwest direction about 800 m (north of the Kobylí line and along the southwest heel of the slopes of the Luka line). Then the border twists sharply and continues along the field road in roughly the southwest direction of 650 m until it comes to the stream of Pruschánka. From there the border leads about 1300 m approximately southeast of the road along the left (east) bank of Pruschánka until it comes again on road No II / 422 Čejkovice-Čejč. On this road it leads about 50 m to the south and at the cross it crosses to the field road, which leads first about 400 m to the northwest along the shore areas on the right bank of Prussia, then about 150 m to the west and later southwest. Here the field road and with it the border of the bird area runs about 320 m to the northwest, from there the border leads 510 m to the southwest along the fence of the vineyard until it comes to the northeast edge of the forest complex Ochoza. Along the edge of this forest, the border leads first 180 m to the southeast and then 580 m to the southwest. Here the border turns and leads along the field road 190 m to the south-east to the crossroads of the field roads, here it crosses to another field road and gradually leads 580 m to the north-east and then 610 m to the southeast. Further 340 m to the southwest (in the last two sections it copies the north or east border of the Novosada line). Here (opposite the eastern tip of the court on the western edge of the village of Čejkovice) the border crosses to the field road and along it leads 260 m to the north-west along the eastern edge of a number of wine cellars, further 100 m to the west and 350 m to the southwest (the northern edge of the line Oděřice u Hlavin) to the crossroads near the cross at the cubicle 256 m above. Here the border passes to the next field road and along it leads 600 m to the southeast (west of the Hrubý úzce line), 30 m to the south, 270 m to the southeast (along the south-west edge of the village Čejkovice) to the crossroads of the field roads, from there the other field road 380 m to the west (north of the Part line in the zázdědní) to the next crossroads. From there, about 1200 m still along the field road approximately north-north-west (east of the line Odměr) to the crossroads of several field roads. From there, the border continues along the northernmost of the two field paths leading to the west about 230 m, and then the route and the border of the bird area turn roughly northwest along the southwest edge of the Ochoza forest and after about 400 m there is a crossroads along the cross. From there the border leads along the field road 320 m towards the southwest to the north edge of the line Baba Hora, on the crossroads it passes to the next field road 800 m northwest direction (after 470 m passes the cross and then forms the southwest border of the line Krutka) until another cross occurs at the crossroads of the field roads on the eastern edge of the village Vrbice. Here it passes to the next field road and leads 530 m northeast direction (along the northwest edge of the track Krutká) to the next cross at the cubit 254 m above sea level From there the border leads along the field road 430 m approximately northwest along the west edge of the Hájek forest (east of the U grove track; This route also forms the border between Breclav and Hodonin). From there the border continues 620 m roughly northeast along the north edge of the Hájek forest and comes to the field road, along which it leads first another 70 m along the edge of the forest towards the south-east and then 350 m towards the north-east (along the north-west edge of the vineyards), 170 m to the north-west (south-west edge of the vineyards in the line of the Paradíce in the contribution), still along that field road (from this point again identical to the border of the counties Breclav and Hodonín) 500 m to the north-east and 150 m to the north-south-east (north edge of the vineyards in the line of the Paradjoining, southeast of the Kobyli vrch 334,9 m). On the line Nivka near the green cross the border runs sharply to the north and leads 240 m along the west edge of the set until it comes to the southern edge of the small forest. The border follows the southwest, western and northern border of this forest (south of the Klíny line) until it comes to the north edge of the terraces. Further the border leads 410 m east along the north edge of these terraces until it comes to the field road. After it leads 210 m to the north and forms the eastern border of the line Klíny. Here at the cubicle 282 m above sea level, it turns sharply towards the west and leads 700 m along a reinforced path along the southern edge of the set which leads to the village of Kobylí. From the east and north side, it passes around 110 m long, or 60 m long, and comes to the field path, along which it leads 800 m north-east (still at the interface of the field and set), parallel to the 22 kV electric line, until there is a crossing point with another 22 kV lead. Here the border dodges and bypasses the location of the Kobylska Rock - cubicle 263.6 m above sea level, including forest and rock formations. The border gradually leads 360 m to the north-west, 90 m to the east-north-east, 420 m to the north-east, 270 m to the south, 250 m to the south-west, and 290 m to the south-east, then again coming to the field road. Following it it leads north of the line Úlehle on the Kobylska Rock of a length of 640 m in roughly east direction and comes at the crossroads of the field roads. From there, the border leads about 900 m in roughly south direction still along the field road along the eastern edge of the shrubbery areas. Then it turns sharply and leads about 1000 m along the field road in approximately east direction along the north edge of the Nivka line from the bridge and then another 100 m to the south until it comes to the nameless watercourse. From there the border passes the northern border of the small spring with scattered greenery (section Parts from the bridge) and leads gradually 110 m to the east, 70 m to the south-southeast and after the left (north) bank of this watercourse 510 m to the east, until it comes to the 2nd class road No. 422 Čejkovice-Čejč. On this road the border continues 700 m to the south-west, then runs to the field road and follows it about 480 m to the east (along the slope of the slope between the Nivka line from the north and the peak of the Counterfeit 249.0 m above) to the crossroads with the next field road, then it leads 130 m to the north edge of the forest. The edge of the forest leads a border of 70 m to the north-east, then it passes to the nameless water tower and leads along its left (i.e. north) bank (still along the edge of the smaller forest) gradually 20 m to the north-east, 180 m to the southeast and 100 m to the north-east. It then crosses the border and leaves the water tower and leads further to the edge of this forest - first 50 m to the southeast, then 120 m to the southwest, and finally 220 m to the southeast. At the end of the forest, the border continues another 230 m in the southeast direction again along the eastern edge of the shrubbery areas until the crossroads of the fields occur. From there the border continues 800 m to the northeast along the field path lined with a tree line, crossing the railway line No. 255 Čejč-Mutěnice and continuing along this field path to the southeast edge of the village Čejč. From the crossing point, the railway line gradually leads around 1750 m to the north-east (from the north side it goes first around the cubicle Špidlák 214,1 m above and later the rear-narrow track, from the south side the area of the former Bohemian lake), then gradually turns to the north and northwest, and after about 700 m there is the southeast edge of the built-up area of the village of Čejč. From there it crosses the western border of the forest and leads gradually 100 m to the northeast, 230 m to the northwest, 120 m to the northeast, 70 m to the northwest, 50 m to the southwest, 30 m to the northwest, 15 m to the southwest and 110 m to the northwest, until it comes to road No II / 380 Mutenice-Čeč. On this road the border continues 250 m to the north-east and then turns sharply and leads first 320 m to the north-west and then 100 m to the north-east along the eastern edge of the Hrubé Vinohrady line until it reaches the field road. Following it, the border leads 230 m northwest to a crossroads along another field path, along which the border leads 330 m southwest. From there, the border turns and continues between the huts and the wine cellars gradually: 50 m to the north-west until it connects to the road along the wine cellars, 175 m to the north about after the intersection with the wider road, and 240 m again to the north. Further along the southern edge of the larger vineyards (between the tracks of the Old Mountains from the north and Zdáňský from the south side): 60 m to the west of the southwest, 50 m to the south and 330 m to the south-west to the road No II / 419 Čejč-Násedlovice. Following this road, the border of 740 m north leads to a booth of 251 m above sea level. From there, the road forming the border of the cadastral to the south-west is about 280m and then continues along the field road along the western edge of the large vineyard 890 m to the north-west, then turns sharply and continues along the field road along the northern edge of the same vineyard 1100 m approximately northeast until it comes to road No II / 419 Čejč-Násedlovice, about 200 m north-east of the cube Karlák (281,0 m above).
