THE LAW
of 17 December 2020
amending Act No. 191 / 2020 Coll., on certain measures to mitigate the effects of the Coronavirus SARS CoV-2 epidemic on persons involved in legal proceedings, injured, victims of criminal offences and legal persons and amending the Insolvency Act and the Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 460 / 2020 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 191 / 2020 Coll., on certain measures to mitigate the effects of the Coronavirus SARS CoV-2 epidemic on persons involved in legal proceedings, injured, victims of crimes and legal persons and on the amendment of the Insolvency Act and the Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 460 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 18, the text "§ 19 'is replaced by" § 20'.
2. In Paragraph 18, the present text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) Paragraph 19 shall apply until 30 June 2021, irrespective of the duration of the emergency measures in the event of an epidemic. '
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
