repealing the Order of the Czech Labour Safety Authority and the Czech Mining Office No. 324 / 1990 Coll., on Safety of Work and Technical Equipment in Construction Works, as amended by Decree No. 363 / 2005 Coll., and Decree No. 363 / 2005 Coll., amending the Order of the Czech Labour Safety Authority and the Czech Mining Office No. 324 / 1990 Coll., on Safety of Work and Technical Equipment in Construction Works
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Sections 9 and 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Government of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 47 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 587 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 267 / 2006 Coll., and the Czech Mining Office pursuant to § 6 (6) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, provides:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree of the Czech Office of Labour Safety and the Czech Mining Office No. 324 / 1990 Coll., on Safety of Work and Technical Equipment in Construction Works.
2. Decree No. 363 / 2005 Coll., amending the Order of the Czech Labour Safety and the Czech Mining Office No. 324 / 1990 Coll., on Safety of Work and Technical Equipment in Construction Works.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2007.
