DECLARATION
of 14 December 2006
establishing tropical or otherwise difficult areas for the purposes of supplementary leave
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 215 paragraph 3 of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
(1) For the purposes of additional leave, States located between the vertebrate of Raka and the vertebrate of Capricorn (territory between 23 ° 27 'N and 23 ° 27' S) shall be considered as tropical areas; the tropical region is also considered to be the State which only partially interferes with the tropical region.
(2) The following areas shall be considered as otherwise disabled for the purposes of additional leave: Afghanistan, the Arctic, Antarctica, Bahrain, Bhutan, Faeroe Islands, Falkland Islands, Greenland, Iraq, Iran, Iceland, Israel, Jordan, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Korean People's Democratic Republic of Korea, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Morocco, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Palestine, Russia-Siberia, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uruguay and Uzbekistan.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2007.
