Pursuant to Article 13 (2) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the competence of the authorities of the Czech Republic in the matters of State ownership transfers to other legal or natural persons, in agreement with the Ministry of Administration of National Property and its privatisation of the Czech Republic, the decree of 27 December 1990 No 3224-7400 / 1 determining the level of remuneration to members of the commissions for privatization of national assets and licitators.
The yield shall take effect on the day of its publication.
The proceeds can be consulted at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and at the Ministry of National Property Management and its privatisation.
