imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Appendix 8 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement of 6 December 2016 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union ECHOA Czech Trade Union Energy and Czech Union of Employers in Energy;
2. Appendix 3 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement of 30 November 2021 between the Contracting Parties
ECHOaSváz chemical industry of the Czech Republic, p.
3. Collective contract for 2025 concluded on 18 December 2024 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of the woodworking industry, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic and Association of the Czech Paper Industry;
4. A collective contract of higher degree for 2025 concluded on 18 December 2024 between the Contracting Parties
The trade union of workers of the woodworking sector, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic and the Association of Forestry and Wood Enterprises (in short "ALDP ');
5. Collective contract of higher degree for the years 2025 - 2026 concluded on 18 December 2024 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union KOVOand Electrotechnical Association of the Czech Republic;
6. Collective contract for 2025 concluded on 21 January 2025 between the Contracting Parties
Union of Agriculture and Nutrition Workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic.
