of 4 February 2019
amending Government Regulation No. 26 / 2005 Coll., defining the South-Harbour Bird Region
The Government orders pursuant to § 45e paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 26 / 2005 Coll., defining the Soutok-Hardonicko Bird Region, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (2), the words "the royal eagle (Aquila heliaca) 'shall be inserted after the words" the red ling (Milvus milvus)';
2. In Paragraph 3 (1), the words "and at a distance of less than 300 m from known occupied eagle nests between 15 February and 31 July 'shall be added at the end of the text of point (a).
3. In Article 3 (1), the words "and at a distance of less than 300 m from known occupied eagle nests between 15 February and 30 May 'shall be added at the end of the text in point (b).
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
