GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 March 2015
establishing a list of activities per military rank
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on Occupational Soldiers, as amended by Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 129 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 546 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 305 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 375 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 470 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 122 / 2012 and Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
List of activities per military rank
§ 1
A list of the activities of military officers, depending on their complexity, responsibility and exertion, is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
§ 2
If the activity of a soldier for an individual military rank is not listed in the Annex to this Regulation, the Ministry of Defence shall include the soldier in the military rank according to the activity which is comparable in the Annex to this Regulation in terms of complexity, accountability and complexity for a specific military rank.
§ 3
Repeal
Government Decree No. 203 / 2010 Coll., on the list of activities of professional soldiers set out for each rank and rank of officer, is hereby repealed.
§ 4
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2015.

List of military-specific activities
I. Military rank Private
- basic professional training (waiting).
II. Military rank Corporal
(a) the operation of a waste water station including disinfection (disinfectant);
(b) operation, maintenance and shooting of the assigned weapon (machine gun, charger, ammunition carrier, armour);
(c) auxiliary service, maintenance and shooting work (assistant);
(d) practical implementation of material maintenance (junior worker);
(e) implementation
1. disinfection of biological material in the laboratory (disinfectant);
2. protection and guard activities and defence of objects (guard),
3. basic research activities (explorer),
4. basic maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic parts of ground military equipment and material including assembly and dismantling of parts, sub-groups and groups (younger electromechanics),
5. the basic work of the groom, construction and rescue (the groom),
(f) preparation of a service dog for carrying out tasks and carrying out protection and surveillance activities with the assistance of an assigned service dog (younger dog),
(g) the control, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles for the transport of persons having more than 8 seats in addition to the driver's seat and whose maximum permissible mass does not exceed 5000 kg, or of vehicles for the transport of goods whose maximum permissible mass exceeds 12 000 kg (driver);
(h) the setting of basic technological practices and their calculation in the extensive production of meals, including checking their compliance, compiling their own recipes, menus and providing the right gastronomic composition (junior chef);
(i) construction, basic operation and maintenance of coupling technology (builder),
(j) basic
1. assembly and repair of machinery and machinery (younger mechanics),
2. the operation and maintenance of technical equipment of the lower type (younger operator, defroster),
3. operation and maintenance of the assigned technology (charger),
4. operation and maintenance of assigned simple machinery and machinery (machinery);

III. Military rank Corporal

(h) implementation
1. analysis of aviation fuel and lubricants by simple methods (fuel and lubricant laboratory);
2. simple performance of urgent care and service activities necessary to provide nursing care (collector of wounded),
3. derived aerological measurements and observations of the chemical army, calculations and compilation of aerological reports (aerologist);
4. derived meteorological observations, calculations and compilation of meteorological reports (meteorologist),
5. protection and guard activities with the help of the assigned service dog and the performance of specific tasks of the Castle Guard (Dog House),
6. underwater exploration and rescue work (diver),
7. basic fire fighting and rescue work (firefighter),
(i) preparation of a service dog for carrying out tasks, carrying out practical training of the service dog and carrying out protection and surveillance activities with the assistance of the assigned service dog (s);
j) management, operation and treatment of special military equipment (older engineer, older driver),
(k) the management and conduct of the protection and surveillance activities of persons, vehicles and designated objects (older guard);
(l) the control, maintenance and repair of tractors with an expensive semi-trailer whose maximum permissible mass exceeds 20 000 kg (older driver);
(m) separate implementation
1. exploratory activities (senior exploratory);
2. complex rescue work (older rescue worker),
3. maintenance of material technology (worker),
4. engineering and engineering with the help of special engineering, equipment and materials (older groom),
(n) provision of care for service animals, including the treatment of animals which are difficult to maintain, aggressive and difficult to handle (caregiver);
(o) essential operations in the operation and maintenance of military coupling technology (older driver),
(p) the performance of activities related to the performance of the duties of a student of a second year of Bachelor's or Master's degree programme of a higher vocational school after meeting the requirements laid down for the first year (candidate).
IV. Military rank Sergeant
(a) the total repair of hand, lawn and training weapons, including the manufacture of parts of such weapons of all kinds, surface treatment of metal and wood parts of weapons, testing and shooting (workshop),
(b) the comprehensive treatment of service animals and the separate implementation of simple veterinary operations (breeder);
(c) comprehensive management and command
1. ensemble (master of ensemble),

4th swarm of a combat vehicle (swarm commander),

(f) the operation and control of weather stations, the compilation of reports and the software communication with their users (senior aerologist);
(g) use
1. meteorological instruments and equipment, compilation of meteorological reports and software communication with their users (older meteorologist),
2. special means and equipment intended for monitoring the radiation and chemical situation, sampling and transport of samples (senior exploratory specialist),
h) operation, maintenance and shooting of a sniper rifle type for accurate shooting (older sniper),
(i) organisation of food production associated with material responsibility, determination and implementation of technological processes and calculations in the extensive production of a wide range of dishes, setting and ensuring the correctness of the gastronomic composition of meals (senior chef),
(j) organisational arrangements for the administration of a military club (club manager);
k) control and operation of the weapon system (target),
(l) planning and management of the system of operation, maintenance and repair of equipment and material (senior worker),
(m) implementation
1. analysis of aviation fuel and lubricants by special methods, including work in the laboratory information and control system (older fuel and lubricant laboratory),
2. fire fighting and rescue work using expertise acquired in specialisation courses (older firefighter),
3. repair of handheld, labeled and training weapons including manufacture of weapons of all kinds, surface treatment of metal and wood components of weapons, testing and shooting (weaponry),
4. special exploratory activities (senior exploratory specialist),
5. Special activities in creating conditions to meet the physical needs of professional soldiers (senior worker),
6. a comprehensive set of accounting operations, processing of accounting records and other accounting documents (the accounting officer),
7. external security and defence of the seat of the President of the Republic or the exercise of watch service at honest fixed posts and the fulfilment of the representative duties of the Castle Guard in the framework of the President's protocol actions (senior guard-specialist),
8. basic activities in the framework of emergency and nursing care under professional supervision (older collector of wounded),
9. performance of the representative duties of the Prague Crew Headquarters in the framework of protocol events of the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, Parliament of the Czech Republic or of the Ministry of Defence (senior guard-specialist),
(n) the preparation of a service dog for the performance of tasks, the practical training of service dogs and the performance of protection, watchkeeping and specific activities, with the assistance of an assigned service dog (older dog),
(o) the management and organisation of work in storage or storage (administrator),
(p) management; and
1. carrying out protection and guard activities with the help of the service dog, regular training of service dogs and the performance of specific tasks of the Castle Guard (older dog),

4. operation and maintenance of technically more complex techniques with special superstructure of the command and control system (older driver),
(s) independent operation and maintenance
1. more complex weapons and other systems, military equipment and equipment or devices (target, older operator),
2. the weapon system of the platoon commander's tank (shooter-operator),
(t) separate implementation
1. assembly, repair and adjustment of machinery and machinery (older mechanics),

n) educational activity focused on theoretical and practical preparation and practical training in the service cynology (older dog specialist),
(o) ensuring complex accounting agendas, processing of accounting records and other accounting documents (senior accounting officer),
(p) the performance of activities related to the performance of the academic duties of a student of the fourth year of the Master's degree programme of a university after meeting the requirements laid down for the third year and for a student of the first year of the follow-up Master's degree programme of a university (the candidate).
VI. Military rank Sergeant General
