amending Decree No. 468 / 2003 Coll., laying down the formula for the calculation of the extract of the original youth before fermentation and the methods for determining the extract of the original youth
According to Article 139 (1) of Act No. 353 / 2003 Coll., on Consumer Taxes, as amended by Act No. 217 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 379 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 575 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 37 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 292 / 2009 Coll., to implement Act No. 81 (3):
Decree No. 468 / 2003 Coll., establishing the formula for the calculation of the extract of the original youth before fermentation and the methods for determining the extract of the original youth, is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Decree, the words "before fermentation 'are deleted.

Formula for calculating the extract of the original youth
The extract of the original youth shall be calculated using the large Balling formula set out in the Annex to this Decree. ';
3. In Annex 1, point 2 is deleted.
Point 3 is renumbered point 2.
4. In Annex No 1 to the heading of point 2, the word "formulae 'is replaced by the word" pre-fermentation'; the words "pre-fermentation 'are deleted after the words" specified in the distillate in a pyknometric or densitometric manner' are replaced by the words "K - correction factor ', as set out in Annex 2 to this decree.';
5. Annex 2 to the Decree is deleted and the words "No 1 'in the designation of Annex 1 are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 2010.
