DECLARATION
Ministries of Health and Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 2 September 1977
amending Decree No 46 / 1966 Coll., on measures against communicable diseases, as amended by Decree No 17 / 1973 Coll.
The Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic provide, pursuant to § 70 paragraph 1 in relation to § 71 paragraph 2 of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people, and § 195 of the Criminal Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Health and Justice No. 46 / 1966 Coll., on measures against communicable diseases, as amended by Decree No. 17 / 1973 Coll., is amended as follows:
Paragraph 10 (2) is deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 1977.
