Order of the Minister of Justice
of 9 December 1954
determining the mansions and districts of the People's Courts in Dunai Street, Chalov, Trnava and Sered.
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 14 No 2 of Act No. 66 / 1952 Coll., on the organisation of courts:
In agreement with the principle that the headquarters and the districts of the People's Courts agree with the seats and the districts of the District National Committees, the following shall be established:
1. to the place of the existing People's Court in Dunai Streda, which covers the territorial districts of the local national committees in Dunai Streda and Chalov, the following folk courts:
(a) a People's Court in Danube Streda with jurisdiction over the territorial district of the District National Committee in Danube Streda;
(b) a People's Court in Chalov with jurisdiction over the territorial district of the District National Committee in Chalov;
2. to the place of the existing People's Court in Trnava, which covers the territorial districts of the District National Committees in Trnava and Sered, the following folk courts:
(a) a People's Court in Trnava with jurisdiction over the district district of Trnava,
(b) a People's Court in Sered with jurisdiction over the District District of the National Committee in Sered.
This amends the provisions of § 1 (1) (q) and (r) of the Order of the Minister of Justice of 11 May 1954, No 22 Coll., laying down the registered offices and districts of the People's Courts and the registered offices and districts of the Regional Courts.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1955.
