extending the Act on National Industrial Enterprises to national enterprises in the field of the Ministry of Construction.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 57 of Act No. 103 / 1950 Coll., on National Industrial Enterprises:
The provisions of Act No. 103 / 1950 Coll. are extended to national enterprises in the field of the Ministry of Construction with derogations provided for in § § 2 to 4.
(1) The mission of national enterprises in the field of the Ministry of the Construction Industry is, according to the plan, to carry out the socialist construction and reconstruction of our national economy, thereby contributing to the rise of national wealth, to increasing the material and cultural level of workers and to strengthening the power of the working people. In order to fulfil this task, national undertakings ensure the continuous development of production forces in the construction sector and the improvement of labour productivity and economy.
(2) National undertakings within the scope of the Ministry of Construction within the scope of the Single Economic Plan produce construction materials and carry out work and supply of all types required to carry out any construction.
The Minister for Construction will decide, taking into account the type of business activity, whether one of its plants will be designated as a basic plant, the administration of which will also provide the management of the national enterprise.
For Czechoslovak construction plants, a national enterprise, the Act No. 103 / 1950 Coll. applies with amendments and to the extent provided for in § 10 of Act No. 121 / 1948 Coll., on nationalisation in construction, as amended by Act No. 58 / 1951 Coll.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Construction in agreement with participating members of the Government.
