approving, amending and supplementing certain provisions on library measures.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The Provisional National Assembly approves and redecides as a law the decree of the President of the Republic of 27 October 1945, No. 124 Coll., on certain measures in library matters, with amendments and additions in that Act.
Paragraph 2, No 2 will be worded as follows:
"2. the comments made by the Government Decree of 21 March 1939, No. 87 Coll., on the management and supervision of economic enterprises, as well as the registration of the prohibition on the disposal, loading and smuggled, carried out during the period of infreedom on the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture (former Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry) or the Land Office for Bohemia and Moravia;"
The Minister of the Interior is hereby ordered to publish, as an annex to this Act, the full text of the Act cited in its regulation.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister of Justice in agreement with the Ministers involved.
