DECLARATION
of 4 January 2023
amending Decree No. 250 / 2020 Coll., on the method of establishing the decommissioning reserve for nuclear installations and a Category III and Category IV workplaces
According to § 237 (3) of Act No. 263 / 2016 Coll., Atomic Act, for implementation of § 51 (6) (c) and § 75 (5) (d):
Decree No. 250 / 2020 Coll., on the method of establishing a reserve for decommissioning nuclear installations and Category III and Category IV workplaces, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1) (a) to (d), the word "decision" shall be inserted after the word "power."
2. In Article 2 (2), the words "In the case of a nuclear installation or site referred to in paragraph 1 (a), (b) and (d), when the estimate of total decommissioning costs is updated, the reserve 'are replaced by the words" When the estimate of total decommissioning costs is updated' and the word "previous' is deleted.
3. Paragraph 2 (3) is deleted.
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 3.
4. In Paragraph 2 (3), the words "not to be included 'are deleted.
5. At the end of the text of § 3, the words "and fees under § 34 of the Atomic Act 'shall be added.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
