Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 6 / 2018 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the scope of the authorities of the Czech Republic in the field of prices, as amended, as amended, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act) No 9 / 2017, as amended, and pursuant to § 1 (3), § 6, 12 and 24 of the Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Support for Supported Energy Resources, as amended by Decision No. 9 / 2016, and No 2 / 2017, and on the Price Decision No. 8 / 2017 of 20 December 2017, amending the ERO Decision No. 5 / 2016, amending the Price Decision No. 5 / 2016, on Aid for Energy.

In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decisions No 8 / 2017 and No 9 / 2017 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 21 December 2017, amounting to 10. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. This Decision is addressed to the Member States. HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
