DECLARATION
of 2 January 2017
repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides, pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 23 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 162 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 71 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll., and pursuant to § 79 (4) Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2008 Coll.
Repeal
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No 457 / 087 of the District National Committee in Bruntal on the declaration of the natural creation of the Grand Roudná za protected on 26 April 1966.
2. Decree of the Regional National Committee in Cheb on the declaration of the "Cross" designs for the protected site of 22 December 1962.
3. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No. 13 363 / 68 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Větrusické ravine" of 20 January 1969.
4. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture No. 65 968 / 54 - IX on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve Lichnice of 26 July 1955.
5. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture No. 54 131 / 54, on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve of Buka near Vysoké Chvoň of 14 March 1955.
6. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No 14 505 / 89 - SOP, on the establishment of the state nature reserves "Borová lada," "Spring of the Vltava" and their protection zones, and on the establishment of the state natural reserves "Milesický forest," "Modrava Slaty," "Giant Castle," "Stand-up Rock," "Tetřevská slatry," "" Great Niva, "" "" Vltavský luh "and" Zatonská Hora "in the Protected Landscape Area of Šumava of 21 December 1989.
7. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts No. 85 / 1950 of the Ú.l. on the renewal and extension of the natural reservation "Trojmezná hora," of 9 January 1950, published in the amount of 11 / 1950.
8. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No. 18 585 / 73, on the redefinition of the State Nature Reserve of the Lake Slate of 29 December 1973.
9. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No 9 431 / 87- VI / 2 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Bodybuilding" of 17 June 1987.
10. Decree of the Regional National Committee in Louny determining the protected natural creation of the "Great Hill" at Vršovice to protect warm mushrooms of the Mediterranean type of 14 September 1989.
11. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No 18.078 / 72 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Charles beech" of 29 December 1972.
12. Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No 7 123 / 74 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Úhost" of 17 July 1974.
13. Decree of the District National Committee in Jihlava No. 1227 / 82 on the publication of a protected natural creation "Zešal" of 8 July 1982.
14. Decree of the Regional National Committee in Prachatice on Protected Natural Creations in the District of Prachatice: Burnt Luh, Kotlina Valné, Splavské pešeliniště, Lake Luh, Žďářická sláť, Malá niva, Houska, Borová Lada, Elm Rock, Deer Hill, Pod Šindlovem, Pod Polenec and their protection zones of 20 September 1985.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 15 January 2017.
