on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, were deposited with it between 1.12.2007 and 31.12.2007:
1. Collective contract of higher degree concluded on 7 December 2007 between:
Trade union of wood workers, forestry and water management
and
The Union of Employers Malá Voda Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract of higher degree - Special part concluded on 12 December 2007 between
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia
and
Association of textile-clothing-leather industry.
3. Collective contract of higher degree concluded on 13 December 2007 between
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy.
4. Collective contract of higher degree (for a. s. and s. r. o.) concluded on 13.12.2007 between
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy.
5. Collective contract of higher degree concluded on 17 December 2007 between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
