DECLARATION

on protection zones of the natural medical source of peloid bearing Vrbka spa site Mšené- Spa
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 46 (1) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People, as amended by Act No. 548 / 1991 Coll.:
Preliminary provisions
(1) To protect the natural medical source of peloid bearing Vrbka spa site Mšené- Spa, protection zones are set 1st and 2nd steps 1)
(2) The first-degree protection zone consists of the territory in which the peloid bearing Vrbka is located. The position of the first stage protection zone is determined by the land of the parcel No 796 of the cadastral territory of Vrbka u Roudníček and by the parts of the parcel parcel No 906 / 1 of the cadastral territory of the Mšen- Spa. The first-degree protection zone is graphically marked in a copy of the cadastral map, which is annexed to No 1 of this Decree, and on a map of 1: 10 000 scale, which is annexed to No 2 of this Decree.
(3) The 2nd degree protection zone includes the valley of the Podbradecký creek within the range indicated on the map at 1: 10 000 scale, which is annexed to No 2 of this decree.
Level 1 protection zone
(1) Level 1 protection zone (2)
(a) carry out drainage work which could jeopardise the natural groundwater regime;
(b) to build or operate:
1. objects for agricultural production, industrial production and other objects in which it is a significant component of the technology of handling harmful water substances, 3)
2. waste landfills and waste storage; 4)
(c) carry out:
1. excavations and surpluses with the exception of works related to peloid extraction;
2. farming, except maintenance of permanent grassland;
3. grazing of animals;
(d) use toxic substances; 3)
(e) in any way to pollute the coating layer. 3)
(2) The first-degree protection zone is characterised in the field by warning boards entitled "The 1st-degree protection zone of a natural medical source. No trespassing."
Level 2 protection zone
(1) Level 2 in the protection zone (5)
(a) carry out drainage work and treatment on watercourses likely to jeopardise the natural groundwater regime, except for routine maintenance and necessary repairs of the water flow of the Podbradecki stream and the land lying there in the framework of water flow security; 6)
(b) to build or operate:
1. objects for agricultural production, industrial production and other objects in which it is a significant component of the technology of handling harmful water substances, 3)
2. landfills of hazardous waste and storage of hazardous waste; 4)
(c) to export the content of cesspools, billets and manure of livestock to land in the zone;
(d) to operate in the woods of a special destination (7) in such a way that the natural groundwater regime could be adversely affected;
(e) discharges contaminated waste water into the Podbradek stream from the source to the final result of the flow from the protection zones.
(2) In the protection zone, step 2)
(a) apply industrial and livestock fertilisers and chemical plant protection products; and
(b) to build objects for collecting groundwater;
unless a positive binding assessment has been issued by the Czech Inspectorate for these activities or the conditions laid down therein have been met. 8)
This Order shall take effect three months after the date of its publication.
