DECLARATION
Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic
of 14 December 1990
on the establishment of the State Nature Reservations Borek near Velhartic, Four Cane, Rejzíz, In peat and their protection zones and on the establishment of the State Nature Reservations Buká hills, Kokšin, Lopata, Lipa, Trimane rocks, Habre axe, Žákova mountain, Pradad and Dry Hill
The Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic provides in agreement with the participating central authorities of the state administration pursuant to § 8 (2) and § 9 of Act No. 40 / 1956 Coll., on State Protection of Nature:
(1) The state nature reserves (hereinafter referred to as "the reservations") are set up in Borek near Velhartic, Four Bands, Rejviz, in peat, beech hills, Kokšin, Lopata, Lipa, Trimane rocks, Habre Claw, Plovka Mountain, Pradad, Dry Hill.
(2) In order to avoid interference from the surrounding area, the protection zone is determined for the reservation of Borek near Velhartic, Four Cages, Rejviz and in peat.
(3) The definition of territory, mission and conditions of protection are laid down:
(a) for booking Borek at Velhartic and its protection zone in Annex 1;
(b) for the reservation of the four mallets and its protection zone in Annex 2;
(c) for the reservation of Rejviz and its protection zone in Annex 4;
d) for booking In peat and its protection zone in Annex 5,
(e) for booking Buká hill in Annex 6,
(f) to book Kokšín in Annex 8,
(g) to book Lopata in Annex 9,
h) for booking Lipa in Annex 10,
(i) for booking the Troman Rock in Annex 11,
(j) for the reservation of Habra Seed in Annex 12,
(k) for reservation of the pupil's mountain in Annex 13,
(l) for the reservation of Pradad in Annex 14; and
(m) to book the Dry Hill in Annex 15.
(1) For operational management of the development of the reservation, conservation plans are prepared by the Czech Institute of Nature Protection (1) and approved by the regional authorities of the state conservation of nature.
(2) Forestry in reservations is carried out in accordance with forest management plans. 2) The basis for their processing is the conservation plans submitted by the district authorities of the State Protection of Nature by the Institute for the Economic Adjustment of Forests at the latest at the beginning of the basic investigation for the proposal for the processing of the Forest Economic Plan.
(3) Research and research in reservations for the needs of the state of nature conservation is entitled to organise and implement the Czech Nature Protection Institute. Research in reservations for the needs of users and forest owners shall also be authorised to carry out research and forestry institutes and individual forestry economic adjustment institutes. If there could be a disruption of forest and land in research or research, this intention should be notified in advance to the person who has substantive and other rights of use for the land concerned.
(1) In the field, the boundaries of the reservation and the boundaries of the protection zones, if established for the reservation, are marked by the county authorities of the state conservation.
(2) The map documents defining individual bookings under this decree are deposited with the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic and with the Czech Institute of Nature Protection. The map documents of each reservation are deposited with the local authorities.
(1) Paragraph 1 of Decree No. 17 094 / 87 of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic - VI / 2 of 21.12.1987 on the publication of the protection of certain state natural reserves and protected sites (Reg. in the amount of 26 / 1987 Coll.) repeals point 1 and Annex I. (White Opava reservation) of this Decree.
(2) In Annex II of the Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No. 14 200 / 88- SOUP of 29 November 1988 on the declaration of certain territories in the Czech Socialist Republic to be protected (reg. 49 / 1988 Coll.), the following reservations are deleted: Wild Mine, Small Basin, Peter's Stones, Great Basin, Předek Předek, Rejviz and Žák Hora.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

BORK U VELHARTIC reservation and its protection zone
Definition of the reservation and its mission
(1) The reservation of Borek near Velhartic is situated in Klatovy district in the cadastral territory of Velhartice on the plots No 914, 916, 917, 918, 920 (part), 922 (part), 977 / 1 (part), 982 / 2 (part), in the perimeter of the forest plant Kašerské Hora, climbing Svatobor, forest department 517 C, D, 518 D, 520 A, with a total area of 38,09 ha.3)
(2) The mission of the reservation is to protect the relinquish boron in Poshumavi as the rest of the natural expansion of pine.
Reservation protection conditions
(4) The following activities shall be authorised within the specified scope in a reservation where the conditions of protection laid down by law are to be observed:
(a) entry for security, fire protection, medical, water and forestry authorities in the performance of their duties, owners and users of land and their personnel in the management of such land, hunting users in the exercise of hunting rights and workers of the authorities and professional organisations of the State Protection of Nature in the performance of their work;
(b) the entry into service and economic vehicles of the authorities, organisations and natural persons referred to in (a) only for the purposes for which they are authorised to enter;
(c) maintenance of existing communications in the area defined by their bodies; the other area of the reservation shall not be affected; normal maintenance shall not be regarded as land-based adjustments, in particular extensions, reconstruction, penetration;
(d) maintenance of flows in which, however, the characteristic characteristics of the water and soil environment must be maintained and not affected by shore crops or the other area of the reservation;
(e) the use of chemical resources only for the local protection of forest crops against animal damage and pest infestation (pheromone), except in exceptional circumstances, when, in cooperation with the county authority of the state conservation of nature, the procedure laid down in § 21 (1) of the ČNR Act No. 96 / 1977 Coll.;
(f) exercise of the right of hunting, except for the establishment of intensive game farms, the introduction of geographically non-native species of animals and the construction of hunting facilities of all kinds (except seats);
(g) the exercise of the fishing right, except for the introduction of geographically non-indigenous aquatic species and the construction of all fishing gear.
Definition of the protection zone
In order to ensure the reservation against interference from the surrounding area, the protection zone which is situated in the Klatovy district in the cadastral territory of Velhartice on the plots No 905, 914 (part), 922 (part), 982 / 2 (part), in the perimeter of the forest plant Kašerské Hora, lessee Svatobor, forest department 518 C, 521 A, 522 A, of a total area of 1745 ha.5)
Conditions for protection of the protection zone
The following shall be prohibited in the protection zone:
1. change the type of culture;
2. to enter the territory of motor vehicles with the exception of service and economic vehicles of the authorities, organisations and natural persons referred to in Article 2 (a);
3. deduct land;
4. build water works;
5. carry out construction and ground work;
6. apply chemical plant protection devices by air, except in exceptional circumstances when, in cooperation with the district authority of the state conservation of nature, the procedure laid down in § 21 (1) of the ČNR Act No. 96 / 1977 Coll.;
7. to establish landfill sites for materials and waste, except for temporary woodwork harvested under the forestry plan;
8. Establish intensive animals and introduce geographically non-indigenous species of game.

Annex No 2 to Decree No 6 / 1991 Coll.
Reservation of the FOUR PALICE and its protection zone
Definition of the reservation and its mission
(1) Reservation Four heads are situated in the district of Ždár nad Sázavou in the cadastral territory of Milová on the plots No 512 / 14 (part) and 939 / 2 (part) and in the district of Svitavy in the cadastral territory of Březina on the lots No 1598 1 (part) and 1601 / 2 (part), in the perimeter of the forest plant Policka, lessee Cachnov, on the forest departments 254 E 1, 2, 6, 12, 255 A 1 (part), 2 (part), 4 (part), 25 B 2, 4, 12 and on forests-free 101 and 102, on the total area 37,25 ha6)
(2) The mission of the reservation is to protect rock formations as significant geomorphological phenomena and natural forest ecosystems around them.
Reservation protection conditions
(4) The following activities shall be authorised within the specified scope in a reservation where the conditions of protection laid down by law are to be observed:
(a) public access to tourist and forest routes; security, fire protection, medical, water and forestry services, landowners and land users and their personnel in the management of such land, hunting users in the exercise of hunting rights, persons authorised to engage in climbing activities as referred to in Article 2 (g) in the pursuit of such activities, and personnel of authorities and professional organisations of the state of nature conservation in the pursuit of the work may also enter the reservation outside the travel;
(b) the entry into service and economic vehicles of the authorities, organisations and natural persons referred to in (a) only for the purposes for which they are authorised to enter;
(c) mining and training work under the forestry plan only during the period 1 October to 31 March of the following year; in so doing, sanitary measures against tracheomycosis shall be applied;
(d) the use of chemical resources only for the local protection of forest crops against animal damage or against pest infestation (pheromone), except in exceptional circumstances, when, in cooperation with the county authority of the state conservation of nature, the procedure laid down in § 21 (1) of the ČNR Act No. 96 / 1977 Coll.;
(e) maintenance of existing communications within the area defined by their bodies; the other area of the reservation must not be disturbed; maintenance shall not be the subject of modifications to land work, in particular enlargement, reconstruction, penetration;
(f) exercise of the right of hunting, except for the establishment of intensive game farms, the introduction of geographically non-native species of animals and the construction of hunting facilities of all kinds (except seats);
(g) rock climbing activities on the Four-Pale Rock year-round and on the Rock Castle from 16 July to 28 February of the following year; from both rocks can only be descended by salt.
Definition of the protection zone
In order to ensure the reservation against interference from the surrounding areas, a protection zone shall be established in the district of Žďar nad Sazavou in the cadastral territory of Milová on the plots No 512 / 15, 512 / 18, 516 / 1 (part), 871 / 1, 871 / 2, 884, 885 / 11, 932 / 2 (part) and 940 (part) and Svitavy district in the cadastral area of Břečina in the lots No 1598 / 2 and 1601 / 2 (part), in the perimeter of the forest plant Policka, Pošlez Cachnov, on the total area 7,3667 ha.7 (part), 3 (part) (part), (part), 5 (part), 11 (part), 256 B 1, 3, 12 and on the forest area 201 (part), on the forest area of the total area of the forest area of the area of 7,3667 ha.7),
Conditions for protection of the protection zone
The following shall be prohibited in the protection zone:
1. change the type of culture;
2. apply industrial fertilisers or chemical plant protection products by air except in exceptional circumstances when, in cooperation with the district authority of the state conservation of nature, the procedure is followed in accordance with § 21 (1) of the ČNR Act No. 96 / 1977 Coll.;
3. mine minerals, soil and substrates;
4. to carry out construction or ground work, except for the normal maintenance of communications, which may not be extended;
5. Establish landfills of materials and waste, except for temporary woodwork harvested under the forestry plan;
6. Establish intensive animals and introduce geographically non-native species.

Annex No 4 to Decree No 6 / 1991 Coll.
Reservation and protection zone
Definition of the reservation and its mission
(1) The reservation of Rejzíz is spread out in the district of Bruntál in the cadastral territory of the Rejviz in the areas No 278, 282, 323, 337, 341, 342, 346, 347, 349, 351, 360 / 1 (part), 361, 387 (part), 391 (part), 393 (part) and Šumperk in the cadastral area of the Sec on the lots No 1136 (part) and 1168 (part), in the perimeter of the forest plant Jesenik, the forest administration of Rejviz, on the forest departments 303 B, D, E, on the total area 331,29 ha.10)
(2) The mission of the reservation is to protect the peat ecosystem complex with all plant and animal species linked to them and their rock, water and soil environments.
Reservation protection conditions
(4) The following activities shall be authorised within the specified scope in a reservation where the conditions of protection laid down by law are to be observed:
(a) public entry on tourist routes; outside these routes, only security, fire protection, health, water management, forestry and mountain service members of Jeseníka may enter the reservation, owners and users of land and their personnel in the management of such land, hunting users in the exercise of hunting rights, persons authorised to exercise fishing rights in the exercise of that right and personnel of the authorities and professional organisations of the State Protection of Nature in the performance of their work; in the event of a threat to the reservation, the district authorities of the State Protection of Nature may decide to limit the duration of the journey;
(b) the entry of service and economic vehicles of the authorities, organisations and natural persons referred to in (a) for the purposes for which they are authorised to enter;
(c) the use of chemical agents for local protection of forest areas against animal damage or against pest infestation (pheromone), except in exceptional circumstances, when, in cooperation with the county authority of the state conservation of nature and the Jeseníka Protected Landscape Region administration, it is followed in accordance with § 21 paragraph 1 of the ČNR Act No. 96 / 1977 Coll.;
(d) the necessary maintenance of existing communications (including the learning path) in the area defined by their body, their technical facilities and the premises of the terrain station; materials which adversely affect the ecosystems in the reservation must not be used;
(e) the necessary maintenance and operation of specific water-based equipment, in which the other area of the reservation must not be disturbed;
(f) exercise of the right of hunting, except for the establishment of intensive game farms, the introduction of geographically non-native species of animals and the construction of hunting facilities of all kinds (except seats);
(g) the exercise of the fishing right, except for the introduction of geographically non-indigenous aquatic species and the construction of all fishing gear.
Definition of the protection zone
To ensure the reservation against interference from the surrounding area, a protection zone is established in the district of Bruntál in the cadastral territory of Rejviz on lots No 309 / 1, 315, 322, 323, 337, 338, 360 / 1 (part) and 387 (part), in the perimeter of the forest plant Jesenik, forest administration Rejviz in forest departments 303 A, 304 A and B, of a total area of 65,34 ha.11)
Conditions for protection of the protection zone
The following shall be prohibited in the protection zone:
1. enter forest areas "outside forest paths; outside the protection zone, only security, fire protection, medical, water management, forestry and Jeseníka Mountain Service members may enter the protection zone in the performance of their duties, owners and users of land and their personnel in the management of such land, hunting users in the exercise of hunting rights, and workers of authorities and professional organisations of the state of nature conservation in the performance of their work;
2. change the type of culture, recuperate or drain the land;
3. fertilise, limit and use chemical plant protection products for purposes other than local protection of forest areas against animal damage or pest infestation (pheromone agents), except in exceptional circumstances, when, in cooperation with the district authority of the state conservation of nature and the administration of the protected landscape area of Jeseníky, the procedure is followed in accordance with § 21 (1) of the ČNR Act No. 96 / 1977 Coll.
4. build water works;
5. mine minerals and soil;
6. to carry out construction or ground work, except for the necessary maintenance of communications, which may not be extended;
7. to establish landfills of waste and materials, with the exception of temporary woodwork harvested under the forestry plan;
8. Use non-geographical species of wood or introduce other non-geographical species of plants when the forest is restored;
9. Establish intensive animals and introduce geographically non-indigenous species.

Annex No. 5 to Decree No. 6 / 1991 Coll.
Reservation V RASHELINAS and its protection zone
Definition of the reservation and its mission
(1) Reservation The peat is situated in the district of Sokolov in the cadastral area of the region of Menec on the plot No 1043 (part), in the district of the forest plant Kraslice, forest administration Krajková, forest department 16 A, on the total area 23,19 ha.12)
(2) The mission of the reservation is to protect the natural ecosystem of peat boron with a population of cross-species forest pine and pine fowl and with all other species of plants and animals, as well as to protect all characteristic features of the ecosystem environment.
Reservation protection conditions
(4) The following activities shall be authorised within the specified scope in a reservation where the conditions of protection laid down by law are to be observed:
(a) entry for security, fire protection, medical, water and forestry authorities in the performance of their duties, owners and users of land and their personnel in the management of such land, hunting users in the exercise of hunting rights, workers of the authorities and professional organisations of the state of nature conservation in the performance of their work;
(b) entry only to the service and economic vehicles of the authorities, organisations and natural persons referred to in (a) for the purposes for which they are authorised to enter;
(c) mining and economic work according to the forest economic plan (including the removal of timber); However, they may only be carried out during the period 1 October to 31 March of the following year and shall be subject to sanitary measures against tracheomycosis disease;
(d) the use of chemical resources only for the local protection of forest crops against animal damage or against pest infestation (pheromone), except in exceptional circumstances, when, in cooperation with the county authority of the state conservation of nature, the procedure laid down in § 21 (1) of the ČNR Act No. 96 / 1977 Coll.;
(e) the exercise of the right of hunting, except for the establishment of intensive game farms, the introduction of geographically non-indigenous species of animals, the feeding of cloven-hoofed and small-scale game animals and the construction of hunting facilities of all kinds (except seedlings).
Definition of the protection zone
To ensure the reservation against interference from the surrounding area, a protection zone shall be established which is situated in the district of Sokolov in the cadastral territory of Klenec on plots No 5, 1043 (part), 1137 / 1, 1137 / 2 and 1257, in the perimeter of the forest plant Kraslice, forest administration Krajková, forest department 16 B, C, D, of a total area of 35,11 ha.13)
Conditions for protection of the protection zone
The following shall be prohibited in the protection zone:
1. mine minerals and peat;
2. carry out construction and ground work;
3. drain land and maintain drains in the forest;
4. interfere with watercourses, except for routine maintenance;
5. to perform artificial rebuilding of forest areas with the exception of beech and spruce;
6. apply industrial fertilizers or chemical plant protection products by air, except in exceptional circumstances when, in cooperation with the district authority of the state conservation of nature, it is carried out in accordance with § 21 (1) of the ČNR Act No. 96 / 1977 Coll.;
7. to establish landfill sites for materials, with the exception of the transitional wood compositions harvested under the forestry plan;
8. Establish intensive animals and introduce geographically non-native species.

Reservation OF THE BUTCH
Definition of the reservation and its mission
(1) The Buká Hill reservation is located in the district of Jindřichův Hradec in the cadastral territory of Chlum near Třeboň on the plot No 1712 / 3 (part), in the perimeter of the forest plant Třeboň, climbs the Burning grounds, forest department 608 A, with a total area of 10,44 ha.14)
(2) The mission of the reservation is to protect the floral beech with the hip nine-leaf, which is an exceptional forest community in the Třeboň basin.
Reservation protection conditions
(4) The following activities shall be authorised within the specified scope in a reservation where the conditions of protection laid down by law are to be observed:
(a) entry for security, fire protection, medical, water and forestry authorities in the performance of their duties, owners and users of land and their personnel in the management of such land, hunting users in the exercise of hunting rights and workers of the authorities and professional organisations of the State Protection of Nature in the performance of their work;
(b) the entry into service and economic vehicles of the bodies of the organisations and natural persons referred to in (a) only for the purposes for which they are authorised to enter;
(c) maintenance of existing communications in the area defined by their bodies; the area of the reservation must not be disturbed; maintenance shall not be the subject of modifications to land work, in particular enlargement, reconstruction, penetration;
(d) the use of chemical resources only for the local protection of animal pests and pest replication (pheromone), except in exceptional circumstances when, in cooperation with the county authority of the state conservation of nature, the procedure laid down in § 21 (1) of the ČNR Act No. 96 / 1977 Coll.
(e) the exercise of the right of hunting, except for the establishment of intensive game farms, the introduction of geographically non-native game species and the construction of hunting facilities of all kinds (except seats).

Annex No 8 to Decree No 6 / 1991 Coll.
COKSHIN Reservation
Definition of the reservation and its mission
(1) The reservation of Kokšín is situated in the district of Pilsen-South in the cadastral territory of Hořeškely on the plot No 1456 / 2, in the perimeter of the forest plant Burné Poříčí, forest administration Obora, forest department 250 A, total area 20,65 ha.18)
(2) The mission of the reservation is to protect the remains of natural forest ecosystems, especially flowery beets and fir trees.
Reservation protection conditions
(4) The following activities are authorised to the specified extent in a reservation where the conditions of protection laid down by law are to be observed:
(a) entry for security, fire protection, medical, water and forestry authorities in the performance of their duties, owners and users of land and their personnel in the management of such land, hunting users in the exercise of hunting rights and workers of the authorities and professional organisations of the State Protection of Nature in the performance of their work;
(b) the entry into service and economic vehicles of the authorities, organisations and natural persons referred to in (a) only for the purposes for which they are authorised to enter;
(c) extractive and educational work (including the removal of wood) under the forest economic plan only during the period 1 October to 31 March of the following year; in so doing, sanitary measures against tracheomycosis shall be applied;
(d) the use of chemical resources only for the local protection of forest crops against animal damage or against pest infestation (pheromone), except in exceptional circumstances when, in cooperation with the county authority of the state conservation of nature, it is carried out in accordance with § 21 (1) of the ČNR Act No. 96 / 1977 Coll.;
(e) the exercise of hunting rights, except for the establishment of intensive game farms, the introduction of geographically non-native species of animals and the construction of hunting facilities of all kinds (except seats).
