in Decree No. 103 / 1981 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree No. 106 / 1960 Coll., on metal waste management, Czech edition and Decree No. 105 / 1981 Coll.
1. In Article I of Decree No 103 / 1981 Coll. there was an error in the wording of point 8: "In § 8 (f), the word" operation "is replaced by" establishment. "" In Article 8 (f), the word "establishment 'is replaced by" operations'.
2. In the model of form No 1 of Annex 12 to Decree No. 105 / 1981 Coll. there was an error in the text part of row 36 of the Czech and Slovak edition. The text in the Czech edition: "Costs covered by TR included in the ZP" is to be placed in the upper half of the box, under the text is to be the line and under the line is to be the space for filling.
Similarly, the text in the Slovak edition should be placed and separated: "Costs incurred by TR included in the ZP '.
3. In the model of form No 3 of Annex 12 to the Slovak edition of Decree No. 105 / 1981 Coll. there was an error in the title in column 20: "Disposable costs together with hl. I-IX '. It's supposed to be," One-shot costs together with I-XI. "
