GOVERNMENT REGULATION

Czechoslovak Socialist Republic

of 16 February 1972

amending the Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 61 / 1971 Coll., on the honorary badge "For the Protection of the Borders of the CSSR"

The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders in accordance with § 9 paragraph 4 of Act No. 62 / 1962 Coll., on the Lease of Honours:

Čl. I

The Order of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 61 / 1971 Coll., on the Honorary Badge "For the Protection of the Borders of the CSSR" is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 3 reads as follows:

„§ 3

(1) The Honorary Badge for the Protection of the Borders of the CSSR is awarded to border guards and border guards by the Minister of Interior of the CSSR and to members of the National Security Corps, to members of the Public Security Assistance Guard and to other citizens by the Minister of Interior of the CSSR and the Minister of Interior of the CSSR.

(2) At the same time as the Honorary Badge "For the Protection of the Borders of the CSSR," proof of its award is submitted. "

2. Paragraph 4 reads as follows:

„§ 4

(1) The Minister of Interior of the CSSR provides details of the award of the honorary badge "For the Protection of the Borders of the CSSR."

(2) The Federal Ministry of the Interior manages the matters of the honorary badge "For the Protection of the Borders of the CSSR."

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
