setting up and defining the jurisdiction of the People's Court of Bratislava *)
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 14 No 2 of Act No. 66 / 1952 Coll., on the organisation of courts:
(1) A People's Court of Bratislava is hereby established with jurisdiction over the territorial district of the District National Committee of Bratislava.
(2) The People's Court of Bratislava shall, in future, exercise jurisdiction only for the territorial district of all the national district committees in Bratislava.
Paragraph 1 amends the provisions of Paragraph 1 (2) (p) of the Order of the Minister of Justice No 22 / 1954 Coll., which sets out the registered offices and districts of the People's Courts and the registered offices and districts of the Regional Courts.
The jurisdiction of the court in the seat of the county court provided for in § 395 (2) of the civil order shall be exercised in the district of the county court in Bratislava:
the People's Court of Bratislava for its Territorial District,
People's court of Bratislava-surrounding for the territorial district of other folk courts.
This Regulation shall apply from 1 March 1959.
