Decree-Law No 275 / 1949 Coll. corrects a press error, so this regulation is correct as set out in the Annex.

on temporary restrictions on business and other gainful activities.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic, with the agreement of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 42, paragraph 1 of the Act of 27 October 1948, No 241 Coll., on the first five-year Economic Plan for the Development of the Czechoslovak Republic (Act on the Five-Year Plan):
Paragraph 1, paragraphs 1 and 2 and Sections 2 to 9 of the Decree of 13 January 1943, No 14 Coll., concerning temporary restrictions on business and other gainful activities, as resulting from the current legal status, shall apply mutatis mutandis until 31 December 1950.
The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 108 concerning: I take care of the objectives and tasks laid down by the Five-Year Plan Act and the Regulations issued pursuant to it.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1950 and shall apply in the Czech Republic; All members of the government will do it.
