supplementing and amending the teaching law.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The Act of 24 June 1926, No. 104 Coll., on the adaptation of the pay and service conditions of the teachers of general and civil schools (the Law of Education) is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 16 reads as follows:
The degree of teaching duty.
The Government Regulation will determine the highest level of teaching obligations and the amount of remuneration for hours exceeding that.
2. the following Section 27a is inserted after Section 27:
Staff and personal allowances and other benefits.
(1) The Government shall determine whether, under what conditions and to what extent, due to the nature of the service, they have special service allowances and other permanent benefits.
(2) Personal allowances are granted exclusively by the Government, on the consent of the Ministers for Education and Education and Finance.
Paragraph 25 of the Act of 23 May 1919, No 274 of the Coll., which regulates the service income and service of teachers in public schools of general and civil (urban) and Article V of the Act of 13 July 1922, No 251 of the Coll., amending certain laws on the employment conditions of teachers of public schools of general and civil schools, is hereby repealed.
This Law shall take effect on 1 July 1946; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
