DECLARATION
of 20 December 2006
repealing the Regulations governing the health requirements of members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and certain details of the service of customs officers
The Ministry of Finance sets out, pursuant to § 12 (e) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act, as amended by Act No. 187 / 2004 Coll., pursuant to § 15 (3), § 16 (2), § 26, § 46 (3), § 53 (4), § 55 (2), § 58 (2), § 64 (5), § 66 (3), § 68 (3), § 77 (4), § 95 (2) and § 121 of Act No. 265 / 1992 Coll., on the service ratio of the members of the Czech Republic Police Act, Act No. 590 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 26 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 104.
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 89 / 2003 Coll., laying down the requirements for the medical fitness of members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and the defects and conditions which exclude the admission of the candidate to service or exclude or restrict the performance of the service.
2. Decree No. 204 / 2003 Coll., amending Decree No. 89 / 2003 Coll., laying down the requirements for the medical fitness of members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and the defects and conditions which exclude the admission of a candidate to service or exclude or restrict the performance of the service.
3. Decree No. 308 / 2005 Coll., amending Decree No. 259 / 1997 Coll., adjusting certain details of the service of customs officers, as amended by Decree No. 155 / 2001 Coll.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2007.
