GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 October 2004
defining the Region of Jesenice
The Government orders pursuant to § 45e paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
Subject matter
(1) The bird region of Jeseníky ("the bird region") is defined.
(2) The birds' area is protected by the populations of the forest crane (Bonasa bonasia) and the field prawn (Crex crex) and their biotopes.
(3) The purpose of the protection of the birds' area is to preserve and restore ecosystems relevant to birds' species as referred to in paragraph 2 on their natural grounds of enlargement and to ensure conditions for the conservation of the populations of those species in a favourable conservation situation.
Definition of bird area
(1) The bird region is situated in the territory of Olomouc and Moravskoslezský region, in the cadastral territories of Adolfovice, Anděšská Hora in Silesia, Bukovice u Jeseník, Czech Ves, Lower Moravice, Lower Valley, Domašov u Jeseník, Hermanovice, Upper Lip, Upper Moravice, Upper Valley, Janovice u Rýmarov, Janušov, Jeseník, Karlov pod Pradej, Charles Studánek, Klepáčov, Kociánov, Kouta nad Desna, Ludvikov pod Praděd, Little Morávka, Mikulovice u Jeseník, Munich, Ních pod Praděd, New Rudna, New Rupna, New Ves, New Lošoviny, Ondříovice in Jesenice, Jesenice, Podježí, Podježice, Rujovice, Ružovna, Rujovna, Rožovna, Roženovna, Rův, Rožnova,
(2) The territorial demarcation and description of the border of the bird area are set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation; the indicative graphical representation of the bird area is given in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
(3) The map material of the 1: 50 000 scale, in which the territory of the bird region is drawn, is stored in the central list of nature protection1) and in electronic form at the Ministry of the Environment, the Jeseníka Regional Authority, the Olomouc Region Regional Office and the Moravian-Silesian Region Regional Office, and the municipal authorities of the enlarged municipalities whose administrative area is located.
Activities to which the consent of the nature protection authority is required
(1) Only with the prior agreement of the competent authority of nature protection (2) may the territory of the municipalities be located in the birds' area outside the concurrently built and stoppable (3),
a) Marking new tourist, cycling, ski routes and riding trails 4)
(b) carry out activities causing a change in the level of established surface and groundwater levels which could cause a change in the biotope of the species for which the bird area is established;
(c) change the type of land and the means of usingit (5).
(2) The prior consent of the competent nature conservation authority to the activities referred to in paragraph 1 (b) shall not be required if the procedure is in accordance with the waterworks rules (6).
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Territorial demarcation and description of the border of the Region of Jesenice
Borders The bird areas of Jeseníky lead from the intersection of the road *) No I / 60 and No I / 44 in Jeseník-Bukovice direction to Jeseník by road No I / 44, at the first intersection turns right to bridge No.33 via the river Belou and continues along road No II / 453 towards Rejviz. In the local part of Dětřichov turns left behind the saw on road no. III / 45320 to the settlement Pasicka, where it connects to the forest road * *) Selská and after it continues on the border k.ú. Česká Ves. From this border it leads further along the same path and after 150 meters at the source of the nameless stream turns sharply left from the hill and copies the flow north towards the border of the property p.2350 in K. Česká Ves. In addition, it continues northeast on the same road, along the external border of the land nr.: 1258, 2355, 2354, 1260, 1253, 2550, 1201, 1198, 1197, 1193, 2551, 2551, 2980, 970, 966, 965, 2546, 962 / 1, 2386, 949, 953, 952 and here in contact with the nameless stream, it turns sharply to the left and simultaneously leads to the border of CHKO Jeseníka. Here it follows the border of CHKO Jeseníka after the river Bělé through the Czech Ves and Sandy to the Wide Brod. In Širočký Brod, the border dodges sharply to the right of the K. Ú. Mikulovice near Jeseník and copies this border to the settlement Salisov, where it reconnects to the border of CHKOI and crosses to the railway track which it follows to the north edge of the village Ondřejovice, where from the railway crossing it continues along road No III / 45711 to the south via Ondřejovice to the Lower Valley, at the intersection it crosses on road No II / 453 through the Upper Úvale to Heřmanovice, where it already connects to road No II / 445. South behind the village of Heřmanovice leaves the border of CHKO at the cabin 704 and turns right after the purpose communication * * *) to the former village of Drakov. From Drakov to the forest road to the south where it joins the road No III / 44521 parallel to the right bank of the Black Opava, following it leads to the bridge over the Black Opava, from the bridge to the Black Opava stream to its bridging by road No III / 44520 and along that road to the edge of the residential building, where it moves to the right and joins the external borders of the land p.No.411, 614 and 609 in K.ú.Munich under Pradid. 525, 533, 531, 318 / 1, 313 / 1, 374, 375, 376, 358 / 1, 363, 367, 454 / 1, 519, 511 / 2, 524, 534, 533, 531, 334 / 1, 374, 374, 375, 369, 369, 369, 369, 369, 369, 369, 361, 501, 501, 501, 501, 501, 501, 501, 501, 501, 501, 501, 501, 501, 501, 51It continues on this road to the left of Vrbno pod Pradad, beyond the bridge No.026 via White Opava leaving it and following on the external boundary of the land k. Ú. Vrbno pod Pradid p.č. 89, 1572, 1570, 1567, 1561 / 1, 1560 / 3, 1560 / 1, 1559, 1558, 1535, 1534, 1532, 1530, 1527 / 1, 1528, 1526, 1509, 1508, 1496, 1506, 1505, 1407, 1498, 1494, 1479, 1469, 1464, 1808, 1814, 1820, 1821, 1829, 1831, 1827, 906, where it joins the forest border and continues south direction along the shores from which it northwest of the north. It continues in the same direction along the Forest Road Middle, on which it returns over Ludvíkov, with a sharp serpentine reaches the Forest Road Lower and continues along it over Ludvíkov to the Forest Road Ludvíkovská on which it falls to White Opava. It leads further along the White Opava river against the direction of the flow and crosses the road No II / 445 in the places where it diverts the tractor approach path towards cubicle 847 On the Vydikáce with connection to the forest road Čverková, further south-west on the road Hromniková road with connection to the first large serpentina above the Karlova Studánek on road No II / 450, which is followed by him back to the road No II / 445 and continues in the southern direction to the village of Malá Morávka. Under the Práděd p.č. 152 / 1, 655, 144 / 2, 150 / 2, 158 / 2, 158 / 3, 158 / 1, 148 / 2, 719 / 1-2, 144 / 6, 50, 653 / 2, 140 / 1, 48, 646 / 1 where it joins the border of the forest along its border to the Puste Rudna, where it is perpendicular to the border of CHKO Jeseníky made in the south direction.
Before the municipality of Anděsská Hora turns right on the external boundary of the land k. Ú.............................................................................................. Here it is connected again to the border of CHKO Jeseníka, which runs parallel to the railway line until Rudná pod Pradida. Here at the crossroads at the railway stop parallel to the border of the Jeseníky, the road No III / 44515 passes to Malá Morávka, where the road No II / 445 to the south still turns along the border of the Jeseníka. At the crossroads towards Upper Moravice, it continues to turn on road No II / 445 towards the settlement of Harrachov and to Rýmařov, where it passes sharply to the right on road No I / 11 and in the local part of Janušov turns left on road No III / 37010. In the western direction he follows the border of CHKO Jeseníka to the settlement Ferdinandov, here he leaves the border of CHKO Jeseníky and in the northern direction he follows the border of the forest, following the forest road marked by the yellow tourist mark, following it to the tourist information point under the Preview, following the forest road marked by the green tourist sign to road No I / 11 and following it on the right to the border NPR Rašeliniště Skrítek, which he follows on the western border. In the location of the refraction NPR crosses road No I / 11 and behind the motorest Na Skrítku continues in the western direction along the forest road marked with a red tourist sign up to the sharp turn of road No I / 11, where it crosses to the external boundary of the property k. ú.............................................................................................. Here in the local part of Štětínov passes on the road III / 4502 parallel to the border of CHKO Jeseníky, follows the flow of Merta and continues through Vernířovice and Kosara against its flow. It moves on to the forest road Hrozová, following it to the natural monument of Hutisko and further to Brance. From here, he follows the forest road of Sedmihovská after the intersection with the forest road of Huchivá. Here the layered forest path returns and connects to the forest path from the wolf saddle. In this place, it goes right down the forest road. From the wolf's saddle and after about 100m it turns perpendicular from the road to the north to the intersection between the forest trees 705B and 705C to the forest road Left, after which it continues at the intersection with the forest road K Margaret, from there it follows the northern direction the forest road Panel to the Terror cottage near the forest road New Carbon road, which passes on the passage between the forest trees 520E and 520A, turns on the flow of the pine stream to Margaret and after about 100m turns right on the forest road Do Borová valley, along this road it continues to the flow of Wild Desné to the purpose road of the valley and then continues to the point of connection to the road I / 44 in the settlement of Kouty nad Desna. This road follows the northern direction to the Oreohoran saddle, where the road leaves perpendicular to the left and leads along the edge of the forest to the forest road Suchostransky and follows it along the border of the II zone of CHKO Jeseníky to the Huchivá Desná, after which the road falls to the confluence with the Poniké creek, where it returns in the northern direction along the forest road on the 7th landfill to the intersection with the forest road via the passes, where it turns left to the forest road Osmičková, from which after about 300m turn north through the intersection between the forest fields 102B and 103B, crosses the forest road to Furmance and continues through the intersection between the forest fields 103A and 103C to the north to the border between LHC Loučné nad Desna and Hanušovice. Here it returns after this border and after about 200m turns right northwest towards the intersection of forest trees 213F and 214C to the intersection point of roads called the Sixteen. From this point he follows the forest road to the Volské meadow and from the Volské meadow he continues along the tractor approach road to the forest road Pod Jelení chat, which he intersects and continues along the forest road Spojka, after the crossing of the Branné river he turns sharply in front of the Dembauda hut to the west and continues on the crossroads along the road along the road to the railway station in Černáva. From the station follows the nameless flow of the passage between the forest trees 658A and 659A, in a sharp corner following the mountain forest path, following it continues north and perpendicular to the forest path to the Murderriver. At this point it turns east at right angle and continues along the forest road to the Murderný creek through the north side of Šerák, the pedestal turns around the cubicle under Snowman and connects to the forest road Upper Miroslav, which he follows above the slopes and leads along it in the north direction around the cottage Na Miroslavi to the Lipové-spa where he connects to the flow of Old Man, which also forms the border of CHKO Jeseníka. In parallel with the border of CHKO Jeseníka continues after the flow of Old Man, which follows the eastern direction to the autocamp in Lipové-spa, leaving the flow of Old Man and at the right angle continues 200 m after local communication, which is connected to road I / 60. It follows this road to Jeseníku-Bukovice at the crossroads with road No I / 44, from which the description of the border of the bird area comes.
