ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 23 December 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures within the meaning of § 6 (1) (b) and § 2 (e) of the Crisis Act.
Government
I. Orders
1. with effect from 4 January 2021, from 00: 00 to 10 January 2021, to 23: 59, to the governors of the regions and the mayor of the capital of Prague, in places where such a need is needed, to designate a school or school establishment established by the county, municipality or voluntary association of municipalities whose activities are the tasks in the field of education to carry out the necessary care of children aged between 3 and 10 whose legal representatives are:
- staff of security corps,
- municipal police staff,
- staff of health service providers,
- staff of public health authorities,
- employees mentioned in § 115 (1) and other employees in social services pursuant to Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended,
- social workers included in the performance of social work at regional and municipal offices pursuant to Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended,
- social workers and other professional workers carrying out activities under Act No. 359 / 1999 Coll., on Social Protection for Children, as amended,
- staff of the Czech Labour Office,
- employees of the Czech Social Security Administration and the District Social Security Administrations,
- employees of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic,
- members of the armed forces,
- employees of the Ministry of the Interior handling the foreign residence agenda,
- pedagogic or non-pedagogical staff for schools or educational establishments,
- pedagogical or non-pedagogical staff of a parent school,
- staff of educational establishments for constitutional and protective education,
- staff of school catering facilities,
- employees of the Czech Post, p.
whether these children are children or pupils designated by the school or school establishment,
2. to take care of children as referred to in point 1 in groups of up to 30 children,
3. the Minister for Education, Youth and Sports to inform and methodically lead the regions and the City of Prague in the process of providing care as referred to in point 1;
4. to the governors of the regions and the mayor of the capital of Prague, inform the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the measures taken in this regard;
5. to the municipalities with extended scope and the promoters of designated schools and school establishments to provide all the necessary synergies to the captains and mayor of the capital of Prague in the process of providing care for children aged between 3 and 10;
II. Allows regional governors and the mayor of the capital of Prague to determine, in accordance with § 14 (6) of the Crisis Act, according to local needs by its regulation, additional lines of staff whose children between the ages of 3 and 10 will receive the necessary care of schools or educational establishments designated under I / 1; points I / 2 to I / 5 shall apply mutatis mutandis.

regional governors and mayor of the capital city of Prague,
designated school or school establishment,
authorities of designated schools and school establishments,
Mayor of the municipality with extended scope
