GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 December 2006
repealing Decree No 66 / 2005 Coll., on the minimum quantity of biofuels or other fuels from renewable sources in the range of motor petrol and diesel fuels on the Czech market
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Article 67 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic:
Government Decree No. 66 / 2005 Coll., on the minimum quantity of biofuels or other fuels from renewable sources in the range of motor petrol and diesel fuels on the Czech Republic market, is repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.
