THE LAW
Czech National Council
of 22 December 1990
on the Czech State Budget for 1991
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
§ 1
(1) Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu České republiky (dále jen „státní rozpočet republiky“) se stanoví částkou227 020 300 000 Kčs,
celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky se stanoví částkou225 920 300 000 Kčs (příloha č. 1).
(2) The state budget of the Republic includes financial relations with the budgets of the District Offices to balance the budgets of the District Offices and the budgets of the Municipality
dotace celkem ve výši62 166 100 000 Kčs,
z toho účelové dotace ve výši9 470 200 000 Kčs
(příloha č. 2).
(3) The breakdown of determined budgetary expenditure into each chapter of the state budget of the Republic is set out in Annex 4.
§ 2
The share of the State Budget of the Republic in the taxes and charges common to the State Budget of the Republics and the State Budget of the Federation shall be as follows:
(a) a share in the national turnover tax yield of 40%;
(b) a share in the national income of profit contributions of 40%;
(c) a share in the national yield of the agricultural tax on profits of 40%.
§ 4
The Government of the Czech Republic or, on the basis of its authority, the Minister for Finance may adjust the national budget indicators in accordance with price, organisational and methodological changes. These measures must not impair the resulting balance of income and expenditure of the state budget of the Republic.

2nd Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 75 / 1985 Coll., laying down the scope and conditions of statutory insurance of socialist agricultural organisations operated by the Czech State Insurance Company.
§ 6
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1991.
